This place is great ! My husband has a beautiful shark pendant from them and all my billfish gold is also from Carl . When it came time for my engagement ring this was the only place to go.We just reset the original stone to a white gold filagreesetting and its gorgeous.Best customer service and hoping Santa will be making stops here every year!Carl also just did my Nieces ring about a year ago and it’s gorgeousOfficially the family jeweler !

I would highly recommend Mushy and Carl for all your jewelry and repair needs. They both are very friendly, (you feel like you're with family), they have a HUGE selection of jewelry IN the store, and IF you don't see what you want, Carl can make it for you. Its a one stop, one size fits all, without breaking the bank. They are extremely reliable, honest and a pleasure to do business with. We've been going here for years, as there is NO other place like Mushy's Fine Jewelry. We ARE customers, and family, for life!!

Horrible, nasty people. Came to sell some gold earrings. They didn't even want to look at them. In a nasty voice said, we not buying gold today. Looked like I woke the person up from a nap. As bad as it gets!

I just happened to be in the area of Mushy's Fine Jewelry yesterday, so I decided to have my neck chain evaluated. The owners were so pleasant I couldn't help but give them some business, and will be going back to them when I need to buy Jewelry from now on . . . Thank you guy.

Carl & Mushy were so helpful and kind ! We came into their shop exactly 1 week before our wedding date and with a pretty tight budget for bands. Things feel into place perfectly, my Fiancé and I both left with wedding bands that fit perfectly & the style we were both looking for! absolutely great customer service and so patient even gave my son a lollipop when he started getting fussy during our visit. They went above and beyond even cleaning my Engagement ring free of charge. We will definitely be doing all our future jewelry purchasing from their shop.

Absolutely the Best! I have to say that this review is a little over 2 months overdue, but I always kep it on my must do list and better late than never, it's been a couple of very busy months with my daughter's wedding and then the holidays.I want to begin by saying that the warm & welcoming smiles, the top notch customer service and their genuine interest in making a customer happy has gone above and beyond in making me a very happy customer, and making Mushy's my go to jeweler regardless of the fact, that I have to drive close an hour from Miami.....they are that good and trustworthy!I came to Mushy's thanks to my son in law, who had purchased the engagement rings for my daughter and had the most wonderful experience.A little background....so that readers can understand the importance Mushy's customer service and high quality work has meant to me.I brought in two vintage rings, passed down to me from my mother and my aunt. Mom's ring, a gift to her, from my grandmother for mom's 15th birthday, in 1948 Cuba. It has always held great sentimental value from my mom and a symbol of my Cuban roots, even more valuable now that my mom has passed.The 2nd ring was given to me by my aunt, a beautiful diamond/emerald retro, late 1960's cocktail ring, with great sentimental value as well, as I always admired that ring, for it's original setting and style.My mom had very small hands, and so does my aunt....completely contrary to mine! So, in order for me to wear these rings I needed them resized from about a 5.5 to an 8. I took these rings to a couple of jewelers in Miami who either told that the work could not be done, and the other just gave me a feeling I could not trust them.When I brought the rings to Mushy's and explained the value these had for me, I was completely at ease and reassured this would be no problem. Furthermore, they did the work in just a matter of a few days.....in time for my daughter's upcoming wedding (I really, really wanted to use the rings for several of the wedding events).When I picked up the rings, and was able to slip them on for the very first time, it left me speechless, it filled me with such emotion that I started to cry very happy tears....just perfect in every way!DO NOT HESITATE to make Mushy's your go to jeweler, they are honest, fair priced, warm and welcoming and also have a great selection of beautiful pieces. I received a beautiful necklace as a gift from Mushy’s, however the chain was too short for my neck and the pendant wouldn’t lay right after addressing my concerns with Mushy she not only replaced the chain with a longer one but also added a piece to the pendant to make it lay correctly and didn’t charge anything additional, they did everything to make sure I was completely satisfied. I have purchased from there in the past and will continue to in the future knowing they have such great customer service.

My mom and I have been going to Mushy’s for years! They make us feel like family and we love their work! I recently brought in my engagement ring, my wedding band, and an enhancer to be made into one ring to celebrate my 10 year wedding anniversary. I shared my vision with Carl and he knew exactly what I wanted and it came out amazing! There is nobody else I would trust my jewelry with.

Called security on me because I pulled my face mask down for a moment, as I have spontaneous collapsed lungs and need a breath of fresh air every once in a while. Then I was FaceTiming my mother, heard them tell security I was taking pictures of the place. Probably got judged for the way I look, with my expensive tattoos and my expensive clothing I'm wearing, and the expensive work I was getting done from another jeweler. I then got babysat by security when I was getting work done from the other jeweler that my family has been going to for three generations. RUDE PEOPLE. Won't be getting any business from any of my family or friends.

Beautiful jewelry~ Affordable prices~ EXCELLENT customer service! I was search for a tree of life pendant; however, they only had earrings in stock. Mushy said she would let me know when the pendant would be in....It was less than 24 hours! Thank you SO much Carl & Mushy! I will definitely be a returning customer!
