Saady in particular was wonderful. He was really attentive to my concerns about my account. I was able to get every issue resolved in a short amount of time. The customer service was amazing. I would highly recommend this location.

I just wanted to say this is a understanding metro they helped me so much with my phone service and did what they could in a manner way the manager here was great and his employees as well this is a great location !!!!!

Just got my phone upgraded at the metro store on commercial and 31st Ave. I was helped by Brendell.. This guy really knows his phones.. he helped me choose a phone that fit my needs and even transfered my contacts and apps. It's so rare these days to find good customer service and Brendell goes above and beyond. I highly recommend this store and will definitely be back for all my cell phone needs

This is the second Metro PCS store that I went to in less than thirty minutes and both stores had signs on them. Did Metro have a city or county wide Zoom meeting and didn't inform their customers? It's a little after 3 and no one is there!

I visited on 3/11 after my phone had been lost, and found by someone refusing to return it. Yasmin/Tiny tried everything, even contacting her Manager "Tenisha" in an attempt to locate it; unfortunately, it couldn't be.

The Manager Camisha at this store is true a Super Star! She was very accurate and helpful making sure that we got the best deal with the iPhone 6s Plus and LG Stylo 4 phones. We happily ported over our lines from boost Mobile after dealing with boost mobiles lack of voice over LTE support ( meaning you can't talk on the phone and surf the web at the same time using data) Metro PCS supports voice over LTE and more.
