I went to this store 4209 W Commercial Blvd Tamarac FL 33319 and the lady was so rude to me she wouldn’t even let me finish my question then when I had customer service on the phone she refused to speak to them so they could explain to her how to do one simple thing. Then she got my nephew completely locked out of his account and I then had to made a new account for him. She refused to tell me her name and refused us service. I will never come back to this location again.

On 09/15/2022, I visited this store seeking help with my cell phone. I was assisted by a young lady named Kattian (Kat). After a number of tests, she found and patiently solved the problem with a smile. I was very impressed by her composure, her C/S skills, her patience, her tenacity to find the problem and solve it regardless how long it took her. I find Ms Kattian 's attitude exceptional. She is the dream and treasure of every organization.
