“A Complete Transformation – Amazing Experience at Old Time Pottery!

I’ve visited this location several times over the years, and in the past, it was always a bit of a mess. While the staff was friendly, the store itself felt chaotic and disorganized. Despite this, I kept coming back because they carried certain items I needed—I just worked around the clutter.

However, my visit two weeks ago was a completely different experience! I was genuinely surprised to find the store in the best condition I’ve ever seen. The floors were spotless, everything was neatly organized, and the entire staff seemed happy and engaged. It was such a refreshing change!

While shopping in the planter and pot section, I was looking for additional items when I came across a tall gentleman named Barrington. He greeted me with a smile and was incredibly helpful in answering my questions. Later, when I went to check out, the entire staff was just as pleasant and helpful. I made sure to mention to both the cashiers and Barrington how impressed I was with the store’s transformation and the outstanding service.

As I was leaving, I had some heavy items and asked if I could leave them at the front while I pulled my car around. To my surprise, Barrington was already carrying them out to my car before I even had the chance to ask for help. That level of service truly made my day!

Old Time Pottery has made a remarkable turnaround, and I’ll definitely be back. Huge thanks to Barrington and the entire team for making my shopping experience such a positive one!

How cool that he just helped me out told me to have a great day and never made a point of about him being the manager. Exceptional customer service. I am actually more excited about coming again. The changes you have made to personnel, and the store have to be increasing your sales! Well, done!”

“Purchased a vanity online. Good experience. It went on sale for Black Friday, after ordering and before receiving, I requested a credit for the difference. The original representative said his supervisors wanted me to return and repurchase for the credit, which was ridiculous. All I wanted was to get a paper transaction for the difference. Why would a company wanted to pay a shipper to pick up and return, then reorder (a non-stocked) item, then have it reshipped and redelivered…..a little bit absurd and costly for Furguson.
I finally was able to get a customer service rep Joseph Schlesser to help. He was able to take charge and get the paper credit. He was able get me the large differential for the sale price credited to my credit card. One and done Thanks Joseph, for a newer representative, you handled the issue like a seasoned pro.”
