They are very friendly and I've done 3 drop offs in the past few weeks. I was satisfied with most of items I picked up except for a couple of pieces. Unfortunately I won't be keeping this location for tailoring. One of 4 items I picked up today was a sweater I've had for over 10 yrs. The left elbow had a hole in it. I asked for both elbows to be covered with a dark brown patches. Instead, the section with the hole was hemmed, slightly shortening the left sleeve and leaving a new seam. NO patches were added. Tailoring is supposed to pay attention to detail. I asked what happened to the patches to the woman checking me out at pickup, as she was the one I went over the request with. I had even shown her the patch color I was hoping was available (at dropoff). I told her they should of let me know the Tailor could not do what was asked instead of altering my sweater in a way that I feel ruined it. I realized nothing can be done about it, so I gave her my card to pay and tried the sweater on. I'm disappointed because I started liking this place. But I cannot trust that the work that is communicated, is what will actually be done.

Wonderful and professional service! So nice to get a genuine smile and terrific service!! They have a seamstress on the premise as well! Quick turnaround too!

Great job on a multitude of business dress shirts that I dropped off. A bit pricey, $3.85 PER SHIRT, but the finished product was well worth it. Francisco is friendly & appreciates your business.

Very friendly service both on drop off and pick up. Had a genuine leather coat that said could clean where many others don’t. Got a great price as well! My wool coat came out looking brand new. Definitely recommend!

This Hass to be by far one of the best dry cleaners I've ever used. I have been using this dry cleaner for years. Everything is always on time and done properly with no questions asked. I would recommend all my friends and family to this location over on McNab Road. No amount of loads are too small or too large. Everything that I brought was done on time. I look forward to always referring and bringing people to this location. So yelpers come on now give them a try

Beyond Satisfied Customer.. I have been using them for dry cleaning my work uniforms.This cleaners is definitely the best in town. The new owners are very professional and had outstanding customer service and quality service. I took my Class A work shirt a week before I needed it for a big interview and it needed to be altered and it almost seemed impossible. Was in an emergency when I went to to them. A pervious Dry Cleaners had not taken my prom dress in like I wanted. I asked for a slit on the right side of the dress but the dress slit was still too short. I took the dress to Golden Hanger early one morning the day before I needed it and asked if they could move the slit up a couple inches. They took my dress and it was ready just in time the next day around 2pm. Very professional and helpful, will definitely be taking my dry cleaning and tailoring to them in the future! 10/10 recommend!
