OMG!! I would rate this place -5 stars.
God there to do a return. The employees was really RUDE and MEAN even though I asked them in a manner way. The two female employees there asked me a lot of reasons why I wanted to return the items and looked at me with a hateful look when I wanted to return them. and they forced me to go to the exact store I bought it from before to return it, not that I could return it to any Family Dollar. (even though they also sell the item). CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE!

If I can give this store 0 stars I would! Their customer service is horrible! I was told they don’t use the smart coupons at there store so I proceeded to ask questions as to why and the lady just completely ignored me and stopped talking to me! I went again today and I was the only one in line and the cashier was putting away inventory and she sees me in line waiting on her to come check me out, so she looks at me and turns her head and proceeds to continue to put away inventory as if I wasn’t there. So I asked her is there someone that can check me out and she says it’s her and still continues to put inventory away! I was shocked and disgusted with the service! Just rude! She could have just simply said, I’ll be with you in a moment or something. I try to give the store the benefit of the doubt and maybe they’re just having a bad day, but this is EVERY TIME I go! No one speaks or greets you and they all just act as if they don’t want to be there or work! I go here because it’s close to my house, but I won’t be going back!

The Haitian cashier at this family dollar always has an attitude for someone who doesn't know how to work the register. This location doesn't know how the family dollar coupons are to be applied, so don't even bother asking for clarification on products. Thank goodness there was another family dollar close by with better customer service and is more knowledgeable about the family dollar app. Stay away from this location!

PLEASE CHECK YOUR receiptsThis on three separate occcasions has put one price and isle one price in the isles but charge you more at the register. I was charged 6.00 total over what I should have paid last night on about 7 items.

I purchased a fan on Sunday (4-2-23) and open it up on Monday (4-3-23) to find that is was defective. The plastic piece at the top was bent out so when you plug the fan in it would make a weird vibrating noise. I took the fan back on Tuesday (4-4-23) around 6pm after I got off work. The cashier stated there are no refunds for a fan so I explained to her the fan was defective when I bought it but she didn't seem to understand English. She called over another employee not sure if she was a manager or what but she was pregnant which the only way to identify her, and she said someone was supposed to tell me there is no returns on the fan when I bought it which the cashier is the idiot who sold me the fan on Sunday and she didn't mention anything about that. If she had told me that I would have went to Wallmart down the street but to add insult to injury she took the fan out and plugged it up as if I was lying but soon saw what I was describing. The second employee said we can only offer a store credit then stated we can give you a gift card, so I asked for the corporate number which I have been calling since yesterday including this morning at work and can speak to anyone (unacceptable)!! I didn't want to anything else to do with Family Dollar at that point so instead of getting my money back I'm stuck with a $21.00 gift card that I don't want!! We will never spend another dime at Family Dollar and I'm going to also blog about my experience since I cant speak to anyone about this ridiculous event. These two individual ladies need to be trained at the minimum in customer service, not to mention learn how to speak English!!

Good stocked up place lots of things prices are ok. It's not an exact dollar store. But it's not bad prices. They can have. A little more. Choices I think and they need to check on there expired snacks and drinks because I did find quiet a few they were selling. It's in a great area though and it's pretty big
