Im such a Hospitality person that I love to give credit when due.I really enjoyed my stay at the property. It smells good, super clean, and quiet.I was in town for an event and so decided to stay. It is a fairly new build, so everything is new. They serve a continental breakfast, which will get you going for the day.The fitness center and pool area are nice as well. Parking and wifi were complementary, which is a plus for me. There are plenty of eateries in the surrounding areas, so you have plenty of options to choose from.Now, this property isn't located near any major attractions, so if you're staying here, you will have to drive 20+ mins out. Overall, I definitely recommend if you want affordable accommodations.Rooms: The mattress and pillows are very fluffy, helped me fall asleep faster and stay asleep.

Pro:- Friendly staff, modern & clean hotel roomsCon:Your are not able to sleep due to noise.There is a low, continuous humming tone in your room (most likely from air conditioning / heater) from outside your room that makes sleep impossible even with ear plugs.A hotel room that does not let you sleep does not fullfill the main purpose - no mattter how nice the room and friendly the staff is.Therfore 1 star.

Stayed here for 2 nights. The room was clean and very nice. The bathroom was lovely and I loved the walk in shower. The bed was comfortable. Had breakfast twice and it was very good. They had eggs, sausage, toast, bagels, muffins, fruit, oatmeal, cereal, and waffles, all complimentary with your stay. All the staff we came across was nice, especially the breakfast attendant, he was great!! Overall, really enjoyed this stay and would definitely stay here again.

AWEFUL experience!! Doing renovations on my house so did an extended stay reservation for a month in the hotel suite.Checked in during the week we had heavy rainfall none stop for 2 days at which point all the rooms on my side of the hotel including mine was completely flooded.GM stated it’s a new hotel & she reached out to the contractors as the construction was faulty. I was just hoping it didn’t collapse with me in there.They evacuated the hotel but I agreed to allow them to have a company with machines suction the puddle then left loud fans for 3 days to complete the dry out.Next few days the parking lot had over a dozen trucks doing repairs to the building until it was able to be occupied again.To add insult to injury Marcela, the front desk supervisor is a complete OBNOXIOUS UNPROFESSIONAL DISRESPECTFUL WITCH!! The only time she is pleasant is when she is flirting with the male guests especially the athletes from her country Slovakia otherwise she is quite abrasive.I reserved a room for my mom under my account with Emanuel for which I got a confirmation email with price. That night when I got back with dinner for mom & went to collect her room key. Marcela stated rudely that the rates change while I was out & I had to pay more for my mom’s room. This is at 8 pm after I told her mom flight just landed. She called Emanuel & he confirmed I got the rate the system offered earlier but she refused to honor the rate & told me I can take the new rate or I am welcome to leave & that she is done talking & walked off . Like I was a stray dog off the street & not a paying guest who just spent $5000.00 US to the hotel!! So I had to pick up my mom & make other arrangements .(It’s the principle- Unethical )NONE OF MY RELATIVES, FRIENDS OR BUSINESS ASSOCIATES will ever spend their money with this hotel..The GM was informed &despite my email confirmation of my reservation. No apologies or remedies were offered. In fact they increase my reservations rates & stated the rates have increased!! I could say a lot more but this as left me wondering is this a hospitality business or a zoo ???DISGRACEFUL

the best hotel in the area. ideal to spend some time either for work or pleasure, all new amenities, excellent views and tranquility, and incredible service. I loved spending the weekend here.

We just finished one week stay at this hotel. In my opinion this is the best hotel in Tamarac.Because of our Marriott status , we got an upgrade to the Extended suite facing the golf course.The rooms are modern and super clean. The Housekeping service was excellent and timely.The employees went out of their way to provide for any request.The hotel offer complimentary breakfast and the server, Jean was super nice , always smiling.I will definitely return !!!

I am writing about my recent stay at the Fairfield Inn & Suites Fort Lauderdale Northwest.Everyone there was helpful and pleasant . The hotel is brand-new . Complimentary breakfast , nice pool facing the golf course. I love the fact that the hotel is located outside of the busy area , close to the sawgrass outlet .I will definitely come back soon !!!

Our softball team stayed here for a tournament. Roshane was professional and prompt in setting up the group reservation block. He made it so easy. The hotel and rooms were very clean. Any interactions with staff were always very polite and courteous. I would highly recommend this hotel if you are staying around the Ft. Lauderdale area.

Amazing! I went for my birthday and would not change a thing. I was greeted by friendly faces that wished me a happy birthday during check in. Then when I entered my room saw that they had already decorated my room with a snack basket, balloons and a handwritten birthday card. What an amazing personal touch. Location is great because there really in no traffic build up there but it is further away from many touristy spots. Being that I'm from SoFlo, I truly enjoyed it.

My husband and I had such an amazing experience at this hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the Tamarac area. You will not be disappointed.Rooms: The rooms were clean and comfortable. Well maintained and the house keeping is top tier.Safety: I felt completely safe staying at this hotel.

Absolutely awful stay in what should have been a good location. Newly constructed rooms have such thin walls that even though we are a quiet couple we were awakened at 2:06 a.m. (early morning) exactly 8 minutes after we put our heads down by the front desk manager calling us several times when we finally answered we were told that the guest next door wanted our TV turned off (it was on medium volume) because it was bothering them. Management never checked in person to ascertain that our TV was in fact at a reasonable volume and could not be heard outside of the room, we discovered that the rooms have the TV on a wall that is where each of the other rooms have their bed, and there is no HeadBoard to insulate other noises, (like traditional hotels) also the walls are apparently so thin that you really need a headboard. I suffer from insomnia and never went back to sleep with an important day ahead of me the next day, they also do not keep promises, because the day manager promised some sort of recompense and never contacted us, we waited 14 days but they only called but never followed through. Absolutely can no longer recommend Marriott as a place to stay - AWFUL, that they give one guest preference over another and don't keep promises. Note the photo showing no insulating headboard to the room behind the bed, assume it's the same behind our TV.

Strongly suggest this hotel to anyone.Marcela in the front desk helped us so much, she is so professional and friendly. My boss and I were really impressed by such a nice and welcoming environment provided by the Fairfield team. Will definitely be back for other meetings.
