“Bought ear buds at this store that never worked, took them back 2 days later for an exchange or credit. The Manager refused to accommodate because there was no box. Unethical, in times like these where every dime counts, keeping a customer is worth more than a $65 dollar ear bud. Shame on you, you need this community to keep your doors open, you have failed Tamarac.”

The cashier on shift legitimately needs proper recognition. Her customer service skills are impeccable. I can’t imagine that she not be quickly promoted.”
