I will no longer be going here anymore. Asked them to look at our AC. Told us compressor was bad and it would cost over 1k to fix.
Got a second opinion and looks like they pulled the tubes and drained fluid so it would appear worse than it really was. Compressor was also perfectly fine. You always imagine the mechanics are crooks I know for sure now here they are.

My husband and I have been going to EZ Lube for over 10 years and spent thousands of dollars. On May 6, 2024 I had a screw in my tire. I showed up at 5:03 pm and they close at 5:30 pm. When I walked in Mike and Dean were behind the counter. I told them that I have a screw in my tire and if they could patch it for me. Dean looked up at the clock and said no they couldn't because not enough time. By the way, when I pulled up one of the mechanics was leaning against the wall doing NOTHING!! AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Rude. My only question was how long the wait was at the time I called and he didn’t want to tell me then hung up the phone. I wanted to find if it would be worth it for me to go at that particular time which was Saturday morning or better go during the week. No answer, just rudeness. Thanks.
