Worst pharmacy ever! They do not answer the phone. I waited in line at the drive-through for 45 minutes with only two cars in front of me. I finally got tired of waiting and went inside, which took another 30 minutes because people were in front of me in line if you call the pharmacy, it rings and rings and rings and no one answers EVER! Do not give them your business! ZERO STARS

I was in a hurry had an important call while I was there- put the phone down at check out and left! 1 hour later I returned as I was sure that was where I left my phone and the man asked me what the screen saver picture might be ! My kitten!!! He had plugged In the phone to see the picture and returned it with a smile ! I am happy to say the least with the employees and the store!

Pharmacy is very slow especially at busy times(5pm). Only one person filling prescriptions. Often there is a long standing line.

Dealing with CVS pharmacy is so difficult but the girl in the store her name is BRITTNEY--she was AMAZING! please hire more people like her! only getting 5 stars because of her!I went last month for my sons INSULIN and it was a huge problem but after 2 hours of calling insurances and rude pharmacist I got it.I called today and the same thing! Until I got Brittney! she went BEYOND! she not only was able to run my sons insurance in a way it would go through she called different stores to find his insulin because her store didn't have it! she was sooooo nice and AMAZING!Please give her everything she deserves! This is my son and he is a type 1 diabetic he needs insulin to live and she was the ONLY one who was caring to that. THANK YOU BRITTNEY! YOU ARE SO AWESOME! I hope they give you a raise and please hire more BRITTNEYS!

Same store and business model weather here or New York. What I love about CVS is the ability to walk into any of their stores and go directly to the items your looking for as they're all designed the same. It makes a huge difference to go to a store you're familiar with when you're traveling. It's not easy to review a location on one visit but I feel like I have been to enough CVS locations to give an opinion on this store. This store follows the same path as the all the other stores. It's big and bright on the inside and the building has easy access in and out, plenty of parking. One thing that was how helpful everyone was there. Always greeted with a smile and a hello. I like the CVS chain and this store demonstrates their commitment to their customers. I absolutely recommend the CVS chain. I came here specifically to use the Kodak printer and apparently there were problems. I was definitely impressed that a team member came out to help me. We were unsuccessful but the gesteure was there. KUDOs to the team at CVS Pharmacy

Tereble and disgusting personal at pharmacy, laisy people, never serve at the window drive thru (which is should be fast serve).... Long waiting, never prepare the meds in time, they are to laisy to check or order a medicine and they send you to other pharmacy and tell you they are not able to check for you ... And the list continues every time we go there. Please Management take some action here!!!!!!

Called CVS Pharmacy. On hold for 20+ minutes only to get disconnected. Not much better in person but at least I can't get disconnected.

This is the worst pharmacy. A prescription was faxed for my son's medication yesterday and i was told it was not there. They did not even try to check. Don't try calling because you will be on hold for half hour and then the phone will get cut off. The folks in thepharmacy are clueless.This pharmacy should be reported and shut down. Horrible business.

made an appointment for a covid test, received the confirmation and a text msg morning of the appt with directions then another text msg 15 minutes later with a video. Got the pharmacy and was told, no, we don't have any appts today, you have another appt, it probably didn't go through, they even try to accomodate me, its 50/50 if i'll get an appt for the same day.

Don't buy any over the counter medication or other items located behind the pharmacy counter. Some items are not refundable, but they don't tell you this. You get stuck with something you don't need, and your money is wasted.The prices at CVS are usually higher than other merchants. It's generally a better ideas to get non-prescriptions items some where else.Answering the pharmacy phone seems to be a problem at this location. You have to wait awhile to drop off a prescription before anyone attends to you. The drive-thru is a wreck, with long lines and slow service. It seems staff members are always changing, so you get varying degrees of effectiveness and customer service, ranging from rudeness to indifference.

There should be a NO STAR OPTION. This store is awful, I'm surprised I'm not dead yet from them constantly being out of medication and there's nooooooo possible way to get through to anyone! They don't answer the phone! I absolutely hate CVS! The pharmacy is garbage.
