Until recently this was a decent CVS to pick up get medication. The last two times I have gone, the counter clerk has been sloppy, unhelpful, and ignorant of what he can or cannot do in the system.The first visit the indiviual chaqrged me for medicaiton at the non-insurance rate and claimed that was what the insurance company would pay. I asked him to check and see what I paid last time and he said that he couldn't see that. I had a feeling that he was wrong but I needed to get home, so I left the store. I called the insurance company and they said he had not submitted themedicaiton for a claim. (Guess it's easier to lie than to do your job). Went back to the store(20 minute trip in traffic). WHen it was my turn I told him that he hadn't filed a claim and that I wanted a refund and correct processing. He wordlessly took the medicaiton , explained to one of the pharmacists on duty and then sent me to another window. There, the tech had to repackage and reprocess my med (another 10 minute wait). Finally I got my medication. At no point did anyone apologize for thier error or my inconvenience.Yesterday I had to pic up some medicaiton that my physician prescribed. I have picked it up before and it is not usually covered by insurance. The same clerk was working. He commented when he finally found the medication, that the insurance must be "running out". The med in question was over $200. I looked at him and said, I have a Good Rx card on file and that if he checked, he would see that it was applied the last time I picked it up. He checked and said, its $112 (my best recollection). I told him never mind.I drove to another CVS, had all my meds transferred to that store as my new store. Showed them my Good Rx price ($61). The tech applied it and I pick the med up today.In the midst of undoubtedly working at a high pace, extremely lucrative pharmacy, the company should not forget about customer service. Prior to the arrival of this particular clerk, I had not had any issues with them.I have written perhaps 4 reviews in my lifetime. This exceptionally poor service, and general unwillingness to try and help a patient, deserved to be called out.

Armed with my 40% off coupon, I decided to check out some of their mouthwash options at CVS. They have many national brands as well as their CVS generic brand.With 40% many of these items fare very well with the prices you would find at Walmart or other discount stores.The store is a typical CVS with a nice parking lot and bright aisles.

I needed something from the pharmacy and they left it for me to pick up when i called from home with one last detail. i called. 30 minutes on hold (i have a photo of that phone call's timer). i went to the pharmacy. the pharmacist attitude about the phone lines simply was 'too bad. we were busy.' my covid purchase ???? sold out from under me, even though it was saved for me. they refused to give me the name of the area manager. i called corporate. they promised that the area manager would call me in 2 days. that call came over a week later, but it wasn't from the area manager, it was from the pharmacist at the CVS where i had my initial problem. i asked for a call back from the area manager. none yet, close to a week later. how do i spell satisfaction ??? W-A-L-G-R-E-E-N-S.

Antonio was wonderful! His customer service was awesome. He explained the CVS carepass to me and helped me save a lot of money. He's the only person who's been able to convince me to get it! He would make a great CVS manager. I come here a lot too, all of the employees are wonderful but Antoni did his thing today.

What a joke this store is. Forgot to give my extra care card. Pharmacy sent me up to front register and the ineptness of the cashier who said he was a shift manager is off the chart. Told I had to go back to pharmacy then asked for manager's name and number and it was like getting a tooth pulled as I was given an attitude by a woman who walked to the back on her cell phone then came back five minutes late with the number. I would give no stars if I could.

Very disappointed with this cvs lost of words, pharmacy employee have no consideration for other people's well-being. It was 8:20pm needed Prescription to be filled once I got to the front to drop off my prescription I explained that I needed my prescription tonight and a very nice polite way the pharmacist explain to me that is 8:20pm and they close at 9 PM. I explain to him other cvs send me here since you have the product. He looks at me and says hmmm I'll try to fill it before we close. I laughed and said what is it to fill if it's inside of a box already. Lord ppl don't have no compassion for others.

Watch out when using CVS coupons. Make sure they all go through. I had been overcharged twice, now I watch carefully and many times the register does not honor the coupon. Many coupons are just a waste of paper and time at the register. The manager can over ride, but is usually too busy to assist. I was told "manager was upstairs" when I asked to speak to him earlier today. Previous managers were always accommodating, new management is uncaring. Moving my prescriptions to nearby Walgreens. Tired of getting ripped off.

I have avoided this store closest to home for a couple of reasons through the years, but having come in here on a rush recently, made me look at them in a new light. We all know that oftentimes, management is key and the catalyst for change that drives customers to a business. This very well may be the case here. Besides, their successful execution, I find the store to be clean, well merchandised with wide open spaces throughout the aisles. They have a really cool sundries and beachwear area near the pharmacy. Speaking of the pharmacy, I was so impressed with their customer service, that I have transferred all of our family's prescriptions to this store this week.

I've had great experiences at this CVS store and have visited several times. The manager is nice and gave me directions when asked. They have a great selection of items, and good deals in their ads. I've found items that I was looking for, in stock. Cashiers are friendly too. So far, so good. I'm still exploring this location.
