Our room smelled so terribly!!!! Totally disgusting!!! Unlike comfort Inn’s . We were very disappointed. Trash everywhere outside , vehicles left with flat tires in lot . Building in disrepair. I wish I would’ve taken more pics. Elevator floors were filled with smashed food and liquids, and graffiti at the pool.. I understand. It’s hard to keep up with guests, but this was ridiculous.

We have stayed at numerous Comfort Inns, but this was one of the poorest. The elevator to our fourth floor room broke, the hallways were dirty, the shower shampoo was empty, the hair dryer was broken, one of the door keys did not work, and the receptionist was not able send us an email receipt. The free breakfast was just OK. The eggs were plentiful but of the powered variety, the orange juice drink was overly sweet, and the freshly cooked sausages arrived 10 minutes before the official 10 AM close. The only positive was that our room was quiet.

Shower was very small. Great room for family needing three beds. Alot of different smells in the elevator and rooms that were not pleasant. One breakfast addendant on Thursday morning was great. She explained why some Breakfasts items were lacking. Eggs were very good.

This hotel definitely lives up to the 3star rating.It's not terrible by any means, but there are a lot of accuracies to the previous reviews. There were weird white stains on the corner chair, strange white dust on the side of the main 0table (forgot to take picture), and found a small roach in the bathroom.Both TV receivers somehow weren't working, so we could only turn it on and off and control the volume on the channel it was stuck on.I've been to worse, but for $170 for 1 night, I'd expect at least some more cleanliness and working TVs.

this is the first and LAST time i’ll ever stay here. the rooms are old, outdated, smell awful, carpets are disgusting. when i arrived in my room i had nail clippings on the floor, a patron box was left behind the curtain, and what looked like a lollipop stick on the ground. they definitely didn’t clean. the cleanest thing in the room were the sheets and the microwave, also online their pictures are misleading for the suites with 2 queen beds, i specificity paid extra for a suite - only to be told by the front desk that they don’t have any rooms like that.Rooms: disgustingNoteworthy details: needs to be completely torn down and rebuilt. the rooms are just absolutely atrocious

Place was outdated. Lobby was nice staff very pleasant. The rooms outdated old. Very musty smelling . Needs updating . Stayed three nights since it was close to 95. The breakfast buffet was very good. The area was kept clean and replenished with food.

Check in took awhile since the front desk manager was very busy with someone on the phone about a reservation. We were checked in promptly when we it was our turn.Room Really needs an upgrade. Mold in shower, vinyl baseboard falling off. 2 lights from Parking lot at night beam straight into the room. Had to use a hair clip to put on the drapes to keep closed. Do not get room 412. It is the mechanical and electrical room and you hear the slow elevator go up and down all night. Could not sleep.

Stayed for business. We only needed to sleep a couple nights. The beds were fine but the reviews are absolutely true. This place needs an upgrade something awful. I took pictures. There was trash behind the fridge. I ran from a roach. The door was extremely loose. I’m not going to mention the staff. For the price you can stay somewhere better. Mark this one as a NO

I have been working close to the hotel that’s the reason I got it. But is frustrating first, have to ask for clean room, second make appointment for clean only one time a entire week and also when you ask they don’t do it. I have been in this hotel more than 4 months and this always happens. Front desk are friendly always with me but what’s going on on back we never know. So 6 times happened already.Breakfast ladies are friendly and always on good attention with guests.Also front desk are good people in special Shanyka Mckeever.So what can I tell? Good place to stay but frustrating sometimes.

When I got there, the guy in the front was extremely racist he checked us into a room. The room was so stink. The sheets had hair on it I called downstairs. He told me he’s gonna call me back which he never did so I called him back. He tells me there’s no housekeeping for me to stay in the room until 8 in the morning, there’s nothing he could do so I ask for a refund and then a lady by the name of Rose that was a security guard had to help me because his racist Self was saying there was no more rooms and did not want to give me a refund so she went behind the desk and found the rooms change my room 4 times because every room me and her went into was stink then I called them about my deposit. They said it takes 3 days I called 4 days later. Now they’re saying they are staying with my deposit because I smoked in the room I don’t even smoke. This hotel was disgusting. . Not everyone was bad and racist. There was a manager by the name of shanyka that was extremely helpful and the security guard name Rose. But everyone else’s attitude was disgusting. And now I’m on my way up there to do a police report worst experience of my lifeRooms: All the rooms were stink

I made reservations for a week at this location. When I checked it all seemed well. After a long drive all I wanted to do was relax. The next morning we had breakfast it was decent. However, you have people that live here and are not respectful of traveling guest. A lady sat at the breakfast table and went to sleep snoring during the time we are trying to eat. We went back to the room and there were bugs crawling on the counters. Called front desk and housekeeper manager came and said I had to have sweets out for the bugs to come. I told her we literally just got there. The staff needs training on customer service. The rooms are decent just needs to be cleaned better and up grade. Overall stars for hotel is 2 star cleanliness and hospitality needs to be addressed.

Very nasty hotel!! Stayed with my baby and needed a temporary crib and they gave me one, I went to check on my baby last night and there is a roach in there!! I called the front desk a man came and seen it and didn’t seem to really care or tell anyone about it. He offered new blankets and didn’t bring me them. No help at all , I told the manager this morning and says no one told him. Must be a common occurrence , stay away!!!

This hotel is GARBAGE and I don’t recommend. I’m a media executive who stayed here since i had to be in the local area… their rooms smell, they don’t even have hot water to shower with, and they couldn’t even put items on my room (like water and things i wanted to purchase). Their hotel is outdated.I went to the lobby to get some water and for some strange reason the receptionist couldn’t charge the water to my room - so I told him that they need to find a better system, since they work in hospitality and they should be serving their guests better. The overnight receptionist literally told me “well this a 3-star hotel.” So instead of finding a solution, he chose to blame it on the fact that it’s a 3 star hotel… that is pure jokes and not worth the money AT ALL. Save yourselves the headache

When we pulled up to the hotel, I couldn't help to notice the trash cans outside overflowing with trash. The employee checking us in was not very friendly. Our room had food on the floor (it appeared to be muffin crumbs and shredded cheese). Bathroom had mold and a really bad odor. Near the toilet handle appeared to be feces. The luggage carts wouldn't roll. Stay away from this hotel!
