Criminals....the falsely report credit score. Was impacted by a fraudulent charge for someone doordash and rent payment in Kentucky. I live in florida. This is violating the FCRA. Customer service is terrible. Verify accounts wrong, different answer on everyone you speak too, didn't even fix the credit score issue. Their southeast manager can't even reply to emails. I would stay away from this bank and their credit cards!!!!!!

Really think very carefully about opening an account in this bank, first the attention in this location is terrible and second the bank is really interested in large businesses, it does not care about checking or personal accounts, it is really terrible

The ABSOLUTE WORST branch I have ever gone to. Apparently, signing in means nothing, because you're ignored and they see people they know, even if they came in after you. Never again!

To the public. CITIBANK IS THE WORSE BANK ever. Do not place your hard earned money in this bank. This bank does not care about your money. I had a transaction that was done accidentally. I called them right away to have the transaction not paid or a stop payment until an investigation is done. I was informed by the representative because it was done with my debit card, they will pay it out. But if it was done with their credit card they would be able to assist me. I was amazed, they didn't care about my hard earned money but they only cared about their money. Also, when u contact their customer service. The calls are rerouted to India or somewhere in China. Their English is ok but sometimes there is a huge communication problem. And they have the worst attitude. Bottom line most banks don't care about us. But they do assist in protecting our money. Citibank doesn't even do the bare minimum. Please do not do any business with citibank!!!! Stay away from them! Bank of America is not a great bank but they protect your hard earned money. Do not bank with CITIBANK they don't care.

Fix your drive thru ATM machines. They can’t even take cash before they start spitting the money out. Figure, that they can’t take your deposit. If your bank can’t take money in, then close it!!

THIS BANK DOES NOT EVEN DESERVE TH 1 STAR. GOOGLE NEEDS AN OPTIOON FOR 0 STAR BECAUSE THIS WHAT IT DESERVES. I WOULD NOT ADVICE ANYONE TO EVER DO BUSINESS WITH CITI BANK. THIS IS THE WORST BANK EVER, TO SAY THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE WOULD BE A COMPLIMENT. THE SEVICE IS BEYOND DISGUSTING.
