Terrible customer service at this location.
Had appointment with Angela Vega for notary, she took the documents to the notary person and manager; came back and told that Chase cannot notarize the documents because of some policy which she failed to explain. Went to a different location and they didn't have any problems to notarize.
The parking at this location is narrow and dangerous at peak times.

Nerisa the banker is single handedly keeping me with Chase bank. If it wasn’t for her hospitality I would of switched banks long ago

When does this become a priority. Every time I come to this location the drive thru ATM is always down. How can you have a machine down for more than 1 month? Get your stuff figured out. Completely unacceptable.

Went to deposit money at the ATM drive thru. The ATM stated that they could not read the bills and ate my money. Every other time I try and use one of their ATM machines there is an issue (unable to dispense cash/unable to deposit checks/ eats the money etc etc) I've had it with this bank, they need to bring these ATM's out of the 1980's. I curse the day I switched to them from my old bank. Time to go back !

The ATMS are ALWAYS broken. It's always something between the drive thru ATM and the Atrium ATM. Like people don't want to always have to drive out of the area to handle business after hours especially after working all day. It's ridiculous and occurs too often.

I love chase bank. This review goes to the rude with attitude bank person she was on the far left (white). I was trying to deposit a money on my sons saving. Gave her all the info needed. She look at me saying i cant make a deposit like no explanation. Hope she was not the manager. I will be avoiding this branch. On the side note: Other branch success they did what i needed to get the job done which deposit the money.

I came in the morning and I got an appointment for open my business account. The representative was Nerisa, she was amazing with the whole process. She explain me everything, and help me with all about the new setup. It was my first time working with Chase and it exceeded my expectations. Thank you for the service today !
