Classic Collision, and in particular, Bannister Polanco, have restored my faith in humanity. Someone swiped my rear driver and back bumper on my Subaru Forrester when I was parked. I made a claim with my insurance company and they recommended Classic Collision. We met with Bannister today and I asked if it was possible to just reclip the bumper that became detached. It was not my expectation that it was possible, but he was able to do so, as the underlying bracket was intact. Both pieces were done and all I need do is compound the swipe scratches out. I know this meant they did not ultimately get my business, THIS TIME, but I would definitely return should I need their services and HIGHLY recommend them to anyone else. Thank you Bannister and Classic Collision for smart hiring.

My car was brought here after being in a bad accident(pretty sure it’s going to be totaled). The workers could see it all over my face that I didn’t want to see my car because it was a traumatic experience, they were respectful and didn’t make me go. Everyone I talked to was kind and informative. I was very grateful for them today!

Came down for an out of pocket quote on minor damage. They quoted me $4,500 for an easy job, so I walked out. I went to Sawgrass Ford’s collision shop and they fixed the damage for $2,500. $2k cheaper! Classic Collision’s estimate was an insult!

The post car accident repair service was very average, they hit the back of my SUV and the insurance company sent me there, the formal employees, a little dispersed but when they returned my supposedly repaired car, I found some parts incorrectly placed inside cabin, things were loose and noisy that were not like that before, I complained but they did not answer me.
If you can avoid using this office for car repairs, the better because then you will have to take it to where they can fix what they damaged.

Shady business. I was involved in a hit and run accident in which I kept the suspect vehicle part in my backseat. Not only was my car not fixed on time, and needed additional repairs after they said it was all fixed and ready, but the shop tried to “throw away” the vehicle part to the accident. Their employee Martin said I should have told them not to throw it away in the beginning. The car part was in the backseat of my car, it should NOT have been touched anyway.
This vehicle piece was supposedly “thrown out” during the courtesy cleaning of my car. After complaints, the shop miraculously found it.
I would not recommend or TRUST this shop.
