“I first used their services about three years ago and have not gone to another mechanic since.
My AC had been damaged by a wreck & I thought that the compressor might be good
But knew the evaporative cooler needed to be replaced. They told me that it was likely that the compressor was bad since it had set up for two years. They gave me a quote. When I came to pick up the vehicle, they told me that it was less than what they quoted because they did not need to replace the compressor.
Ameena and her family business were honest even when it didn’t benefit them. That’s hard to find at a mechanic shop.”

Safelite was going to charge me $1500 for a windshield replacement even though I had insurance with a $250 deductible and take 2 weeks to order my windshield. Ultimate auto glass was able to match my deductible AND they were able to special order my windshield and install within four business days. Truly remarkable, don’t shop anywhere else.”

“On vacation. Day before drive back to home sweet home Boom! something hits the windshield while on the highway made a chip and small crack that could of turned into a completely cracked front windshield. Called shop's around everyone was booked for a week or more until we called glass doctor got referral to closest one to our area. Called they also had a busy schedule. But because of our special situation of having to travel the next morning I was able to be there when the shop opened and the technician immediately started working on the windshield. Great customer service and great job on the repair. Crack and chip basically gone”

“These guys are amazing. They worked absolute magic on my car and exceeded any expectations I had. I truly wish I had before photos to show the dramatic difference in my car. They aren't lying when they promote "giving you a new car feeling." Jason, the owner, and his team are extremely thorough and provide exceptional customer service. I have a Honda CRV 2005 and I've had it since 2005 (14 yrs)... I've driven my car all over this country on multiple occasions through snow storms and mud. There were dirt stains on the plastics, in all my door jams, a smoothie stain on my carpet from 12 years ago near the center console that I was convinced was there to stay. When I came back to pick up my car 2 days later, the smoothie stain was gone, my door jams were spotless, my leather seats were moisturized, my foggy headlights were now crystal clear, and everything else was taken care of. Jason even had recommendations on people I could call to take care of my leather seats which I very much appreciated. Overall, I highly recommend taking your car here for any sort of detailing.”

“Great, all-around mechanic. These guys work on my personal vehicles, as well as the commercial fleet vehicles from my employer. They have qualified techs, unlike most other places, and get down to the root of the issues instead of just changing parts. They also stand behind their work if you ever have an issue. Price is fair, and worth it! Anything from oil changes to transmissions and engines. They do get busy at times, but that is expected because they are good. Kudos to Dean, Mike, Dawn, and the whole team.”

“The Chick-Fil-A of Collision repair shops!!! Do you remember your first experience with Chick-Fil-A and the amazement you had when you were pleasantly greeted and heard common courtesies such as “Please”, “Thank you” and “My pleasure!” Are you kidding?! Where am I…in the “Twilight Zone”?! And to top it off the quality is superb?! Well, this very likely how you will feel after having the misfortune of needing car body work and going to Classic Collision in Tamarac. The receptionist (Michelle) was very professional and helpful with setting up my appointment. Her phone personality is actually what helped me to decide to give them a shot. Admittedly I pass by this place everyday and would not think to go here for repairs only to go to the dealership. I was wrong. Classy operation. Top quality and fast! Thaad Thompson (the “h” is silent-Lol) was assigned to my claim and was the guy getting it done! Very knowledgeable, professional and candid regarding the estimate time, costs, and updates. My car was completed in one week from the appointment which reduced time for the need of a rental vehicle. Which leads to the other caveat. They have an enterprise representative on site with vehicles so you can pick up your rental in a one-stop-shop setting. The cars are not going to be luxurious but moderately to well cleaned and you can get suvs, to compact vehicles. Novaan was very very helpful in that regard. Overall very nice experience, highly recommended.”
