Please stay away from this Boost Mobile store. The young man that works in there is a thief. And a liar They sell you Old broken goods. And then They give Boost Mobile a bad name. They need to be shut down, it smells in there.

I went in there to change my account I was lied to 2xs , once that I couldn't change my account and the other was to charge me for unlocking phone. After calling corporate they told me they will change the price of plan, as for the second lie telling me that he would charge me $60 to unlock my phone well that's not true either. Unless he's been charging and people have been accepting it. I hope it's not true going back to the store in sunrise where they're professional.

Terrible service took a phone to be connected and because the phone didn't work and we needed to reconnect the old phone the owner charged Me 25.00 that should of been disclosed prior to changing phones. I told him I won't be back and said ok not the way to run a business

It was 141 degrees in my carMy previous phone died Saturday. Replaced with a larger phone Samsung Divine.bigger phone bigger letters ? WRONG ! $300 THE PHONE IS JUNK ! Uneeded aps.to start the phone you would be Dead If you had to call 911. Every phone is discontinued as soon as you buy it. Never againJust want a phone that actually is..Just A PHONE.. not games
