“I first used their services about three years ago and have not gone to another mechanic since.
My AC had been damaged by a wreck & I thought that the compressor might be good
But knew the evaporative cooler needed to be replaced. They told me that it was likely that the compressor was bad since it had set up for two years. They gave me a quote. When I came to pick up the vehicle, they told me that it was less than what they quoted because they did not need to replace the compressor.
Ameena and her family business were honest even when it didn’t benefit them. That’s hard to find at a mechanic shop.”

“I was rear ended by a city bus while at a complete stop letting pedestrians cross the road. The whole bed of my truck was twisted to the left and the damage was pretty significant. I brought the truck over to Clancy's Auto with the recommendation of Lipton Toyota. The 2 front desk ladies, Betty and her daughter are the absolute sweetest. They called me several times through out the process to give me updates and were always super helpful. The repair took about 1.5 months to complete. When the truck was finished, and I went to pick it up; I was amazed at how great the vehicle looked. You would never know by looking at the repair that a bus rear ended me. I would highly recommend Clancy's Auto for any and all of your repair need's.”

“by Stephen Bill. I went in to replace plugs, coils, and wires. They did an excellent job. I live in Boca but drove to Oakland Park because of the way my daughter (Julianne) was treated by them. They have repaired her car several times and always thoroughly explained thing to her. The transmission cable was not shifting correctly. It needed a new spacer but you had to buy the whole cable assembly. They replaced the spacer only saving her Hundreds of dollars. I trust them to work on my daughter's car.”

“The Chick-Fil-A of Collision repair shops!!! Do you remember your first experience with Chick-Fil-A and the amazement you had when you were pleasantly greeted and heard common courtesies such as “Please”, “Thank you” and “My pleasure!” Are you kidding?! Where am I…in the “Twilight Zone”?! And to top it off the quality is superb?! Well, this very likely how you will feel after having the misfortune of needing car body work and going to Classic Collision in Tamarac. The receptionist (Michelle) was very professional and helpful with setting up my appointment. Her phone personality is actually what helped me to decide to give them a shot. Admittedly I pass by this place everyday and would not think to go here for repairs only to go to the dealership. I was wrong. Classy operation. Top quality and fast! Thaad Thompson (the “h” is silent-Lol) was assigned to my claim and was the guy getting it done! Very knowledgeable, professional and candid regarding the estimate time, costs, and updates. My car was completed in one week from the appointment which reduced time for the need of a rental vehicle. Which leads to the other caveat. They have an enterprise representative on site with vehicles so you can pick up your rental in a one-stop-shop setting. The cars are not going to be luxurious but moderately to well cleaned and you can get suvs, to compact vehicles. Novaan was very very helpful in that regard. Overall very nice experience, highly recommended.”
