June 10 2021 at night, went inside with wife we walked around for about 10min. We checked all the mattress and all the while no one came to us. We saw an older man that looked like he worked there but all he did was stand by the back with door open smoking...... No attention given to us at all so we decided to go and check mattress firm across the street.......

Just left this store with the worst impression. Whoever they have working night shift tonight needs some training on customer service. He did not greet us, did not attempt to help us whatsoever. We were the only people in the store and he got up and went to the back office where he proceeded to get on the phone and ignore us. My husband tried to ask him a question and he rudely told us he will be with us shortly. You just let a guaranteed sale walk out of your store - completely ignorant and rude. Waste of time, would not recommend this place to anyone.

I've lived in Tamarac for four years now and I drive by this place pretty much every day. I've always wanted to stop in, but I have a all of the bedding and mattresses that I need at the moment, so I never took the time. Until my friend came to visit and he's in the market for a new comforter. Well, this finally gave me the opportunity to explore. Off we went. He has a blue bedroom that he shares with his husband, so he wanted something that would work with the color and was not feminine-looking. Flowers were out of the question, but geometric shapes, stripes or solid blues would work. From the outside, the building is fairly large. According to public records, it's more than 11,000 square feet. Plenty of room to hold a substantial amount of inventory. This looked promising. And just before Christmas the prices should be good. All signs looked good. And then we went in. I was quite underwhelmed by what I saw. They have beds set up all across the showroom, and on each bed is a small (underscore that word) selection of comforters and/or bedding sets that will fit that particular mattress. This was a nice layout, as it allowed you to find exactly the size you needed without wasting your time with sizes that won't fit. But the selection was beyond pitiful. They had blue comforters, studded with flowers. They had one that was blue-ish with a geometric pattern that was fairly nice, but not anything that would make you say, "Wow!" Mostly they had pretty drab bed coverings. The salesman was very nice. He was there to answer questions but did not pester us. I appreciate that. I don't like being followed like I'm the victim of a stalker, or a potential shop-lifter, so that was refreshing. Had I been in the market for a mattress, this review might have been better, but their selection of bed coverings is too meager to warrant anything higher than two stars.
