I visited this Bank as recent as Monday 6/4/18, I came in contact with a female teller who obviously had no idea what she was talking about................she informed me that I could not cash an $8400 check that was made out to me from my Atty. First she informed that the Bank did not have that amount money WTH!!! then she said no BANKUNITED will cash the check and told me I have to deposit the check in to personal account and just wait until it clears BS!!! I proceeded on to another BU were the check was verified and cash with no incident. BU PLEASE INFORM THIS TELLER OR TELLERS THAT IN THE FUTURE CHECK WITH A MANAGER BEFOR PROVDING ERRONEOUS INFO TO THE PUBLIC!!!

Great bank! Great branch. Employees are very friendly, place is very clean and plenty of parking. Also, there's never been a line to wait whenever I've been.
