Today started off as a difficult day for me, but when I went to the bank, I was assisted by Candito Charles—and I can honestly say I’ve never had such a great experience at a bank. Please congratulate her and let her know she’s doing an outstanding job. Her energy is absolutely amazing.

They treat Latinos badly, the people who go to this bank are usually rude and inopportune, and they take a long time to serve.
