It is a wonderful pharmacy with undesirable and helpful personnel. My prescription was pulled out from another pharmacy, where our pet's veterinary doctor sent it and was ready the next day. Everything about using the medication for our cat was explained in a very friendly manner. We will definitely come back here! Thank you!

I had the pleasure of filling a prescription at Arthur’s yesterday. Although it was my first time there, I was treated like family. All of the employees and the pharmacist took their time to greet me personally. Unlike major chain pharmacies, Arthur’s made me feel important. With the quality service, kindness, and homey attitude, I will be transferring all of my prescribed medication there from now on. Thank you Arthur’s!!! Highly recommend to all!

Best Pharmacy, Best Employees(especially Nina)I have been using this pharmacy for almost a year, and they go above and beyond with helping me and they are such kind people. They are always able to help me with all of my medication needs, and even locate medication that is on back ordered everywhere else. Recently, they worked very hard with my insurance company to get a prior authorization on a medication. I can’t begin to say enough wonderful things about this pharmacy team, except THANK YOU! After endless months of difficulties with availability on a RX, Walgreens was once again letting me down. A friend suggested Arthur’s. They had what I needed and provided the highest level of service. All prescriptions have now been transferred. 30+ year relationship with Walgreens is over, I just wish I had not waited this long!

I have been a patient/customer on and off since 2005. There is nothing I can say that is anything but exceptional about this business. The service is first class, the staff are more knowledgeable than most doctors and they are a neighborhood institution since the 80s! Support LOCAL BUSINESS THAT SUPPORTS YOU! Walgreens and CVS, and other chain stores will disappoint you when you need them most! Almost a guarantee. But being in my middle to 3/4 of my life and having to rely on pharmacies over the years to help me live a better life it is on the top of my list to have a personal relationship with my pharmacist so he knows exactly what I am taking and can make sure it doesn't mess with anything else. Also they will go out of their way to help you verse a chain that sees you as a number and when you need help from them they hide behind their window and say sorry it's policy or they lie about inventory. THE REASON I WROTE THIS IS BECAUSE IM NOT THE ONLY ONE WHO FEELS THIS WAY AND THE SOLUTION IS BRING ALL YOUR MEDICINE TO ARTHURS AND LET THEM BE PART OF YOUR HEALTH NEEDS. Value- they do compounding, they give advice, they deliver, they have much more than just meds but supplies for all medical needs from chairs to beds to walkers to urinals. This is the last of the full service, big selection and value that founded the need for a pharmacy when care, service, and knowledgeable staff are all at Arthur's waiting for you . Last but not least, you never realize how important certain relationships and services and answers are until you or a loved one needs it. So before it's too late go and give them a try. Called in morning for some surgical items. Compression stockings and leg sleeve for showering. Woman took my order along with my charge card information and advised me would be delivered. Explained I was not mobile from surgery and my sister was at rehab facility to tend to her. She advised no problem and took the time to repeat all the information. As of 5 pm no delivery so called since they are open till 6 PM. First they tell me no such order so I explained who and when it transpired was placed on hold several times stating. No order found. When back and forth till I asked for manager. Man came on line explained situation. After placing on hold said they were busy put me on hold again. Disconnected again . I live approximately 6-7 minutes from Arthur's. I called backed same man apologizing and perhaps tomorrow (It wasn't closing time yet). I advised tomorrow too late, I guess correcting the mishap they caused wasn't worth delivery of my products . They are not that small town local business to support. I'm sure there are plenty of others with this non caring no customer satisfaction. Disgrace

Friendly staff willing to assist and answer questions. Plenty of options and supplies. First day, in a week even after going to the podiatrist. I have had any type heel relief thank you Omar and Natasha!

Lot of people there on Saturday. The store is so crowded with merchandise it’s hard to find things. Natasha saw my distress and offered to help right away. I have a home care patient who needs complex supplies. Natasha listened carefully to my description of the patient’s needs and provided supplies that have definitely improved his quality of life. Thank-you Arthur’s for having the goods and the people who know how to use them! Thanks Natasha for sharing your knowledge and experience with me!
