I always received a warm welcome and immediate attention from the employees that greet costumers for the service department. I would like to specifically recognize Daniel Guernsey the service manager. He always took my calls and responded promptly to any messages I sent him, because of Daniel's costumer service I will continue to use Arrigo Dodge.

Advertise prices are just to get you in the door(1% of customers qualified for all of the discounts), expect to pay 4,000 to $10,000 more than the advertised price on everything. Friendly staff though.

Schedule online. Got 5 min before my appointment, some guy took the truck.
They did tell me, that there was going to be like an hour or one and a half waiting.
They wasted time just talking pictures of the truck, they told me that they had troubles before.
It looks that they service other vehicles besides Dodge, that delayed my vehicle.
So around two hours after they parked my truck, I go to the service guy that was having a great talk with someone and ask for the keys.he ask if I can wait , of course not , got the keys and left.
This place is going down hill, to sell you a car takes less than to service one.
I wish I could go somewhere else for service.
Bought one car and im leasing this truck , don’t think i will go again for this dealership.
Disappointed and frustrated.

Don’t waste your time or money here, plenty of honest Dodge dealerships in so-flo. Scam/fake internet pricing. Make sure you ask for their “amended” msrp before you waste your day. Advertised vehicle had been listed at $14,000 of srp, but then had $10,000 in bs mark-ups from sticker cost, a $5000 market value price increase, and then they still had $3000 in “other fees” on offer sheet. Why can’t you put that BS on your website and save us all time?

Carlos the finance manager and Larry, the salesman are the biggest liars I’ve ever seen.
They told me I got approved and made me wait with my family for seven hours. Didn’t let me go eat. And at the end, they told me they need $10,000 and a cosigner.
I caught them lying the whole time of me being there. I went the next day to sawgrass Ford and got a f150 brand new in 3 hours total, no issues.
