I have used this agency for over a year and luckily have not had to make a claim, as it is the most uncommunicative representative i have ever dealt with. Can you believe i tried to get information 3 days ago by sending an email and followed up yesterday with a phone call, left a message and not even the courtesy of a return call? I certainly have no intention of continuing a relationship with them when the current period expires.

Had a great experience using State farm. Got a great price on some home insurance beat all the other smaller companies. And after all that save me $100 a month by switching from GEICO to State farm on my car insurance. I might just have to switch my life insurance policy now, the way they saving me money was State farm.

My name is Michael Sadler I've been with State farm for 30 years I just lost my wife in February and I'm trying to server with this company as my wife has passed in February State farm has been belligerent and dealing with death claims with which they charge me two extra months after I sold the car so I was paying Liberty mutual and State farm for renters insurance and car insurance I got back in contact with them they sent me a check for $86 it's supposed to be two and a half months worth of back pay with my wife's name on it she's been dead for since February I always thought they were a great company doing our 30 years but after my wife pass and I informed them that she passed I still receive letters with her name on it and my I still receive a check with her name on it in the wrong amount and they had no remorse they didn't even care about what the customer went through so I thought it was best I put this blog out all tothe other customers when you get ready to leave State farm be very very careful thank you2
