This store is robbing people debit card pending transactions, only happens on credit cards for my knowledge. This store has been stealing money from me for months even they are using shell companies to do so as well because my bank had verified that this pacific company belong to 7-Eleven in New Jersey and the Pacific store I’m speaking of is 300 Kimball Dr. these people was also taking money from my debit card even when I was not there and their store to make any transactions. My item only cost $20 on September 17. That’s all you guys should take.

I go to other locations almost every day
This is my 3rd time here and the hot chocolate machine has no worked all three times
It's always down
Just spits out hot water

They never have paper for receipt at the pumps, and my job requires I get that, so I have to go inside even time. Also, my Mobil rewards card is rejected at their pumps. Sadly, even though they are on my way home, I will stop using them for these reasons ?

They always give me short on my supposed change back. It's not the first time. They stealing from everyone. And when I correct the cashier brings the manager to make a big fuzz about it. Horrible customer service.

If i could give 0 stars I would. The people working there are ALWAYS rude & lack customer service skills. I would suggest not coming here & going to another gas station for whatever you need. It’s not worth the headache & the card machine is raggedy.

For some reason, there’s one employee there the credit card machine never works when he is present it’s always cash only. This occurred for me the third time. On 6/24/23 @4:20.I do not understand why it is when this particular person is present. All of a sudden the card machine doesn’t work.. I believe it is incompetence and he does not want to work

Outside of store was clean. Several parking spots available. Only one store clerk seemed on shift. He was friendly, greeted customers and worked quickly.The chicken wings in the hot case were large, meaty and well seasoned. But the number of wings in the tray was one less than the store clerk said. The Slurpee station was messy with lids scattered on the counter, no large dome lids. Settled for a Big Gulp flat lid that fit at the expense of losing a half inch of space of the frozen treat!!

Poor customer service, asked if they had cheese pizza they said they did. But wouldn't cook it since I only wanted a slice. Asked why they said there is pepperoni pizza there. I can't eat that and then they ignored me like I didn't exist.

Every-time that I visit this gas station there is an issue… if you need to put gas you need to go inside because the machines are not working properly, then inside the payment machine is not working neither so you need to pay in cash ?? Who does carry cash in their pocket lately? To the managers please pay attention with this store
