They can't always find the key to the bathroom and no way to let anybody in if the key is locked in the bathroom all in all the cleanliness of this store is less than desirable stop at your own risk

Employees should get some form of Training where cleanliness is concern. This is the grossest 7-Eleven I’ve been to. Counters are always dirty, as early as 7am and there is lot of Cross contamination when there are putting out the donuts. Corporate needs to take this in consideration ASAP!

What a terrible excuse for a gas station. Had to leave when 10 minutes in the pathetic excuse for a pump could only muster up 5 gallons. I’ve never visited a slow warm or more pathetic gas station.

I went to purchase from the store and a fat guy with curly hair and glasses did not want to let me in even when he saw me I don't think that was professional of him to reject service and a client that wanted to buy stuff all he did was stare at me shove his shoulders and put his headphones back I don't think that was professional of he doesn't care about the customers not the first time this has happened I think they need to check him and put him in his place customers are always supposed to be taken care

Once again I attempted to purchase lotto tickets and collect winnings on two other tickets, but Amin would not take my tickets. He argued with his co-worker, the blonde with short hair. She rudely told me to go to Publix down the road. Again Amin would not take lotto. I am contacting 7-Eleven corporate office and again the lottery commission. As a valid disable customer it has become a hardship to keep going to a different site to purchase lotto tickets. I am taking this to the next level. Three different times this week I attempted to purchase lotto tickets and claim winnings.

Awesome store gas station, freaking cashier machine malfunctioning all time, had money on account and it says declined 3 times, the 4th time it works, gentleman there says “machine is not good” I was a bit in a hurry ??? hope they fix that thing???

Rude employees with the exception of one or two. Whenever I buy lottery tickets and Amin is at the register, he tells me the lottery machine is down EVERY SINGLE TIME. He's the only employee who repeatedly tells me the machine is down and I buy tickets there often. It seems he just doesn't want to deal with the lottery machine because it takes time away from dealing with other customers. If that's the case, the store shouldn't be selling tickets. I have since reported him and the store to the lottery commission. The people who work at this 7-Eleven there are downright nasty, especially Amin and Cathy. They won't see another dollar from me.

I was just here with my 2 cousins we ask may we ask how much are big gulp prices she told us and we said a whole bunch of uncolored people walk out with slushies. we went inside again and asked she told us the price and my gran asked to pay for 4 big gulps , that's when she said u might aswell go to another 711

All the gas pumps are running very slow especially when your heading to work and for 1 gal it takes over 6 mins. That’s crazy. The coffee is never fresh here, always out of sugar and half and half is always spoiled. This place is poorly managed!! I’m taking my business elsewhere
