“Bealls always a treat. There is a dollar store and big lots there. Rice bowl resturant is fresh and tasty. Bealls outlet is wonderful. Wish they'd leave the name alone. It's only store with reasonable prices for a change. Too much junk and not enough clothes.”
“Short wait time and reasonable prices! I mailed a package for $5 today. For comparison: at The UPS Store, 5265 University Parkway, Suite 101, University Park, FL, they quoted me $15 to send it UPS. They create their own prices at that store (not just UPS rates).”
“The gentlemen that work here were very kind and accommodating to my situation! I had left my house over an hour before my passport appointment and due to the amount of traffic from spring break, I was very late to my appointment but they said it was no problem and took me anyway! Monti took care of me and helped to expedite my passport. I believe the other person who was working was Cody and he also helped others with their passport. Both were very helpful and I really appreciate them!”

“I took an appointment about 3 weeks ago for my passport application so after that I read all reviews most of them are saying if u get late even 2 minutes they will reschedule your appointment so I was doing my best to be there 30 minutes earlier so I can avoid any problems because I know how lucky I am hhh anyway so i took Uber by going there but by mistake I did wrong address I didn’t notice tell the Uber said he is waiting for me and I didn’t see no one so about 15 minutes are gone waiting for Uber then I canceled it and book others one it was saying will be arriving 5 minutes before time to the post office so I was feeling good and praying to god no more problems comes on the way but like I told u am soooo lucky I get really heavy traffic so I was late about 5 minutes yaaaay hhhh so I was for sure I will be cancelled but I was like let’s try my last chance of luck hhh but thankfully the lady who works there I forgot her name she was nice she told me I am late but she still took me in and took care of me she was really nice and helpful”
“I don't know how anyone gives this PO a 1 star review. Either they're new to area, or just love to complain.
In the last 2 years weve had an influx of people moving to w. Bradenton. We never had more than 5 paople on line. Now, there are lines of about 10 to 15 people. It still moves at warp speed. Always firendly faces. Dawn, Nick, and the guy in backround are amazing. I dont know the other names but they're all amazing hard workers. I ship Ebay everyday, so I've had lots of expirience here. The best!

“Came in on 1/12/24 to buy stamps and send out mail, while exercising my 1st amendment right to take photographs and video in public, this includes the post office, as Poster 7 in the lobby states we can. Aaron the Postal Employee was very chill and professional, had zero problems with me taking video and photographs.”
“So, I came for the post office but left with so much more. Susan is an awesome member of their staff. When I came in she was super helpful and when I called weeks later she answered the phone and responded to my inquiry in the same pleasant manner. This place is also one of the last private owned children stores and they make custom uniforms. I’ll be back - check them out!”
“Came in today 11/20/23 to do a First Amendment Audit. They respected my right to take photos and video in the Post Office. As poster 7 says we can. Only giving 4 stars because the Postal employee never gave me straight eye contact.”

“I received notification that my package was delivered, but unfortunately I did not receive it. I called this location and spoke to a very nice gentleman. He took my info and told me to check back in a few days if it still didn’t arrive. I spoke to our delivery person the next day, she diligently looked around our complex post boxes and still did not find it. She instructed me to call again. I called and spoke to the same kind gentleman, Jim. He went ABOVE AND BEYOND in my opinion. He found the package that was delivered to a sister complex and personally delivered it to me. “When I arrived, this is few days before Christmas, there was only 1 people queuing in front of me and two registers were open but one of the machines frozen/error and many people also came at the same time. After a while, they open a new one; the guy who helped me was kind and quick.”
“I don't understand the people who write bad reviews here. Don't like standing in line? There is a sticker printing machine. And it can be prepared at home online. I've been to many Florida post offices and this is one of the best. There are ALWAYS boxes here, even at night, no one cleans them. There is scotch tape and as many as two boxes for loading parcels. And there are cool delivery girls working here. What would you write about other departments then ? Thanks to this office and all the employees!”
