Machines are rusty and dirty, thermostat seems to be glued to 85 degrees year round, staff are flaccid and inattentive and the owner treats the place like an homage to his own vanity. Can’t wait to switch (and there will NOT be a billing issue or legal recourse will be taken)

Frauds!! I didn’t realize what I was signing up for until I started getting emails with all these different charges, like what…. I never stepped foot in that gym and I immediately reached out to cancel membership only to find out I’m still being charged. SMH

DO NOT GET A MEMBERSHIP. GO TO CRUNCH! I tried to cancel my membership in the club a year ago. I was told that everything was taken care of by one of the club associates. They just charged me $203 for an annual membership that I cannot use because I live in state where Youfit is not available. The membership practices are predatory.Despite my best effort to communicate with them and explain the situation, they would not remove the charge. I disputed the charge with my bank and Youfit sent me to collections. I am noe disputing the charge with collections. I have never had such a bad experience with a gym.

Liars in the management have lead to the worst billing process I have ever dealt with DO NOT enter a month to month agreement with this company unless you intend on being charged up to double what is agreed upon, including a 50+ dollar annual fee there are plenty of cheaper memberships at gyms that are not trying to scam you.

I was literally going to cancel my membership at Mahan. I visited this location and the GM Danny so welcoming that I just kept coming back. Thanks to Danny's support and wonderful staff I will no longer cancel my membership but I am upgrading to the Premium +. This is by far the best Youfit in town.

I am leaving this gym because I want to do classes and they have no morning classes to do. I Signed up for a year contract that was month to month payments. In the contract it says to go let them know at the end of the year you want to cancel. So I did I talked to the lady at the front desk and she let me know I had an older contract and that it would just be over at the end of the year. I guess they are with a company called ABC now that does there contracts. So of course my contract ended and I still got charge the next month by youfit I go into the fitness center and they give me a card to cal ABC to cancel and I was like that’s not what I was told originally but okay. Takes me forever to get a real person on the phone then I get a person and she tells me I am going to be charged any fees that come with in the next 30 days so of course the annual maintenance fee is during this time. I was very upset because I tried to abide my contract and let the fitness center know before hand I was canceling yet I still have to pay all these fees I tried to talk to someone but no cared. Any ways going to one of these big corporate gyms make sure you get everything in writing I guess they probably will still charge you because they are all about the money

My work in this place is awesome. Great customer service. All the zumba instructions are great, especially Listte ? you go, girl and Otes the step instructor is a beast lol

A large chunk of classes, Les Mills, was cancelled with zero notice. Literally, one day we got told "this is the last Les Mills bodypump". It's very inconsiderate that so many classes throughout the week are suddenly dropped with zero notice, so we can't even reconsider our membership. With so many classes gone and nothing to replace them, I don't see any reason to keep paying for a premium membership - it has lost half of its value overnight! But of course, I can't cancel immediately, because their conditions require a month notice (unlike notifying the members of any bigger change to the group classes). I think whoever manages the group classes here does not care one bit.Plus this gym has plenty of other problems:1) dirty bathrooms, sometimes there's literally feces on the toilet seat, water everywhere, they don't clean regularly2) the group classroom seems to be cleaned once a week (and I'm being generous). It's so disgusting having to blow away dust bunnies, spiders and who-knows-what away from my mat when we exercise on the floor. And its hilarious when the main manager comes with a cute tiny vacuum cleaner, asking "so where's the dirt?"...literally everywhere, my dude.3) they ask members to always get a class pass before attending a class, yet sometimes there's no staff at the front desk or in sight (and if there's someone nearby, they'll ignore me), so I just go to class without a pass. Instructors know well that the front desk staff don't care about the classes so they don't demand a pass.So just heads up, to existing and new members. This gym seems to care as much as Pensacola did. We know how that ended...

This gym and the management team are a joke , I tried to cancel my membership after a Herat attack and they said I had to come in , so for a time I held out and tried to return then boom they took 3 times the money out I show up to cancel and now I have to call a number to cancel. Oh yea after 126 dollars comes out in one day they want 10 more to cancel forget them and this . Plus the equipment is messed up and it feels like I’m being judged all the time . Don’t go stay away there much better gyms in Tallahassee

I've been a member of 3 different gyms in Tallahassee (Youfit included) and this gym is my favorite. I value availability of machines and friendliness of the staff and this gym checks both boxes. Danny is the manager here and he's the most personable manager I've encountered. I don't often recommend but here I am recommending.

Don’t listen to any of these stupid negative reviews. This gym is great and as for being dirty well that’s just a lie. I have seen the bathrooms cleaned on the regular by a lady in the morning and she is fantastic!! One of my favorite gyms I have had a membership at.

Gym staff is helpful. My trainer performs to meet my needs. Clean and peaceful atmosphere, which is comfortable to train in. For anyone looking for gym training to meet your goals, Dylan Lemon is your guy.
