Love Sam's Club gas station. I've seen that it's closed and a couple reviews about that as well. I just called and they said it'll reopen in about 3 weeks (today is 8/15/25). Just an FYI, because I didn't see anywhere a time-line of when they'd reopen.”
“I called Sam's Club Pharmacy about an OTC medication ?. Received a live person quickly. She was quite polite and courteous. She advised that the medication was in stock and provided price. Pick up later that day. Will return.”

In stark contrast, my experience at the Tallahassee Costco was exceptional. The process was smooth, and the staff was extremely helpful and kind. Michelle, whom I spoke with over the phone and later met in person, was incredibly pleasant and efficient in assisting me with my prescription. “Have been a member of the Costco Stores for somewhere around 17 years. There are items there that I would not buy anywhere else. The membership fee is easily justified. Savings at the gas pump alone cover it for most people.Grab a roast chicken that is twice the size of one at a grocery store and costs 40 to 50% leas than at the grocery store. Batteries are much less expensive than anywhere I have priced them. Paper Towels and Toilet Paper are also a better buy. Kirkland paper towels are gr8, the Kirkland toilet paper - not so gr8. (No one is perfect).”

“I went and got a tired changed on Tuesday and Jaq was so helpful! He did such a great job helping me and was so kind. He changed my tire in no time and did it with a smile on his face even though it looked like he was the only person there working. I want to thank him for everything. Sam’s club give that man a raise! He was great.”

Not going to lie, I was like yeahhhh. LOL. BUT she followed through with her being busy and Christmas shopping busy no less.
I got help from a manager whom Mrs May had actually given some details too (impressed). Her name was Nichole.

“Love Costco, but man are they slammed. I had my end-of-year rewards certificate and went to use them at self checkout but was told I had to use them in the normal checkout line. That would have been nice to know upfront since the lines go back half way through the store.”
