You never know who will be in your drive thru.Current shift manager must be a terrible manager on morning shift on 9 April to have to yell to motivate her shift .As a customer, I should not hear the manager berating her staff about labeling items while her staff is servicing customers in the drive thru.I'm pretty sure she isn't driving production in anyway by berating her morning shift.I hope this manager behavior isn't inline with Wendy's employee conduct.The little sweet black lady working the window was ensured my needs were met and she didn't with a smile.

1st off they had me sitting in drive-thru at the speaker for 5 minutes then when I get to the window after 4 more mins told me they're having technical difficulties and to drive back around. The line was too damn long at this point.

Staff was extremely rude and extremely slow. Zero sense of urgency, professionalism, nor cleanliness. When I pulled to the window, I waited 10 minutes just to basically have my food shoved in my face, with ZERO greeting. The employee did not tell me to hold on while my food is being prepared and then she didn’t even say a single word to me when she reached the food out to me. She clearly had an attitude and got even more of one when I asked for condiments. The restaurant looks run down and not very sanitary and I counted only one single person in there that was using gloves or wearing a netting for hair. I’ll never order food from this establishment again!

It's currently 6:55 am. I waited in drive thru for several minutes. Not one employee assisted me. Web says they open at 6:30 so where's your staff?

I like Wendy's. And this was a decent meal that did fill me up. But it was so very expensive. I could have gone to the all-you-can-eat Chinese buffet or plenty of other places where I would have table service for less money.

2 out of last 3 times I've been there to that location I didn't get what I ordered and they told me they wasn't wrong. I'll never go back to that location. Ought to shut it

No hair covering on half the employees. 2 of our 4 orders were wrong. Was informed they could only take 2 orders at a time. Altogether wasn't a great experience.
