This location sucks. I used to love Wells Fargo but the manager there, Kamella is HORRIBLE! Wells Fargo clearly just hires anyone. This lady has no desire to help customers. I’ve been with Wells Fargo for almost 10 years & the management at the Southside location is the worst in town. I’d rather drive out of the way & go to Mahan than visit this branch. Get a manager at this branch who actually cares & one that isn’t lazy. All this manager was doing was sitting at her desk while the tellers & bank reps was busy & struggling to help customers. The lobby was full & the line was long but yet she didn’t offer to help them. To be such a huge company, I would expect more. Do better Wells Fargo!

I have always been treated kindly and with friendly service. I have been using the drive thru primarily due to Covid. The wait is short. You just have to go befor 3pm to get through quickly.

What a disappointment for such a large banking facility. I hope others out there who are told miss information will do what I'm going to do and cut all ties with Wells Fargo. I have never been so frustrated as I was today when all I wanted to do was pay my mortgage. It seems the employees don't have a clear understanding of the new rules and are just making it difficult on the customers... What a lousy way of doing business... You should all be ashamed of yourselves!!!

this exact bank gave me a fake $100 bill and tried to make it seem that I got it from some where else. The manager refused to believe that there employees excepted a fake 100 bill from another person in there bank. This bank could have caused me to go to jail but luckily i deposited money in my other bank account and my bank regions to be exact caught the issue and told me to call wells Fargo and that what I did stay away from wells Fargo because this bank gives out fake money. I would never ever deal with this bank again and make sure you check your money with this bank.

Worst Wells Fargo Branch I have ever visited. I have banked with them and their predecessors for more than 20 years and never been treated so poorly. If they were the only branch in the Country... no one would bank at Wells Fargo.

Had a rather dreadful experience. I have been with Wells Fargo for about 6 years. Up until last year my husband and I had always each had a full time job. Together we brought in close to $80,000.00 annually. Well a year ago I was in a car accident while pregnant . I have 7 herniated disks a baby and to top it off had surgery 3 weeks ago. This month has been tough. With Martin Luther King JR day my loan ran late and didn't post till Wednesday when all heck broke loose. I racked up $105.00 in late fees. Last month while I was actually in the surgery room I let my account lapse and had a $35.00 fee. They refunded that. Okay so today. I call the online operator and he says he can refund 75% of my fees. I was happy with this. However he said if I went into the store I likely could get it all refunded. So I headed in and talked to a sales associate. He said he could do 50%. I was shocked because that was even less than I was offered over the phone. Then he said he could ask his manager. Khahn the manger on staff comes over and says he can only do 50% however if I'd like to wait he can call his manager (Julie or Julia not sure which) and see if it can be fully refunded. So I wait about 15-20 more minutes with my ansy baby on my lap. Khahn comes back and says his manager gave him the choice to use his discretion and he is going to honor the 50%. THE MANAGER said he could refund the whole thing and he chooses 50%. To what tech me a lesson for losing my job? Teach me a lesson for having a baby while injured? Teach me a lesson for living pay check to paycheck now having only 1 income. Now why the HECK have me wait for the possibility of getting them all refunded to them tell me YOU PERSONALLY decided not to? WHO DOES THAT???? He should have just said it can't be done and move on. Instead when I ask why he is deciding on his own to deny me when the manager will back him on a full refund he responds "if I do it for you I have to do it for everyone." Right because everyone is going to ask you for the Kira Overdraft Refund. Thank you Khahn for proving that when given the option to literally save a family from scrapping by further you choose to dig your heels in deep and really show your managerial power. As soon as I am paid up and back on my feet I will be closing our account with Wells Fargo in your Honor.

This Southside location has great customer service. For me, that's an ideal reason to keep coming back. Yes, the drive thru lines are often long. Yes, location is small and if the drive thru lines are long, it will affect the ability to park in the small lot. However, there has not been a time that I have gone inside and not gotten acknowledged; immediately. I love that the staff make eye contact with me and walk up to be to see what services I need. It's not often that I come to any business and can remember more that one staff member's name. This shows that I have had very memorable experiences with staff at this location. Marly and O'tia are great...just to name a few. Staff at this location are also knowledgeable and I never felt pressured to open up additional accounts or to make any changes to my existing accounts. I will definitely keep frequenting this location.

I can't say enough to show how good this branches customer service is! I love it! They are all amazing here! Wells Fargo in general has amazing customer service online, on the phone and in person. I am so pleased with them!
