Horrible bank! Nobody ever answers the phone at local branches, they transfer you to some other country. They're dishonest frauds. Look up all the lawsuits they've settled in recent years. Wish I had known, but now I'm warning you to stay away. I only have one car payment left & I'm SO happy that now I can close all 3 of my accounts. They don't care about long time customers. Support is a joke.

Best big bank in Tallahassee.I accidentally left my debit card in the atm and they retrieved it for me. The staff is super kind and professional every time I go into the lobby too...

We had an appointment at Wells Fargo yesterday, Tallahassee/Mahan location about closing my deceased Mother in Laws account, she left a little money for my son. I about lost it with this women that was helping. She was actually at work with a tank top on, and not a nice one, I felt like we should have been thankful that she actually took the time to ware a bra! She never said anything like I am sorry for your loss, rather acting like it was just an inconvenience that we were there at all, just complete incompetency. We had all of the paperwork in order that we needed. All she had to do was scan it and send it to another department, but she didn't even know how to do that! She had to do it twice. At one point I asked her if there was a problem, because she wasn't paying attention to what she was doing, rather I could see her eve dropping on another conversation that was happening at the next cubicle. I asked her for a cashiers check, I really wanted her to ask me if we wanted to open an account with her, so I could actually go off on her, but she never did. I am a customer service representative that assists with bills/loan applications etc., I have to do everything possible to keep our customer's happy, but these schmucks at Wells Fargo, obviously couldn't care less. Do yourself a favor, stear clear of this bank.

another usury event:my friend just borrowed $10 cash from me to go to the store and when he checked out at the store, for force of habit, he accidently used his debit card, which is out of money. and of course, because Wells Fargo is evil, they will steal another $29 or $35 from my friend that is having financial trouble. they call this usury an "overdraft fee".Wells Fargo, I am impressed with your extraordinary ability to sleep at night when you steal money from people who actually earn it.Wells Fargo, you are evil, and the world's anger with you will rise to such a boiling point that you will be destroyed, your company and all of your employees.update:I have sent an email to the requested destination. I have not received a reply yet but I will post the reply here when i receive it.

I have been dealing with WellsFargo for a long time, have multiple business and personal accounts. They use to be my top choice. But lately they have been having the worst customer service in the location. Walked in to open a new account for our new business in town. No one was there greeting you, or ask what I am here for. After waiting for over 45 minutes, finally a banker came in to me and when I told her I am here to open a new business account, she said sorry we are fully booked today. With totally disrespect to my wasted time, someone could have said that instead of wasting my morning.Other bank was able to help and earn my business in the same day. Thank you

I've always had pleasant experiences at Wells Fargo. Every branch has been great. There are times that the ATMs are not in service, but that's about it. Thank you!

Terrible customer service. Andrew was very disrespectful and was not helpful whatsoever. His inability to help customers put a very bad taste in my mouth about banking with Wells Fargo. Tellers were very helpful.

Terrible branch. Unwilling to help and they themselves are unfamiliar with their own banks rules and protocols. The branch on West Tharpe helped me quickly and with kindness, but this branch I felt like I was dealing with uncaring robots. Never going to this branch again.
