“**this is an edited post**Good customer service.Initially I was not satisfied with the repair done on my watch. The crown (the part that changes the time) got caught on a bag I was carrying and got ripped out. When the watch was repaired the new crown stuck out a little more and felt loser. The crown did come out 2 weeks after I picked it up with only normal wear.Owner was very kind when I brought the watch back and is doing everything he can to make it right. Very honorable and a good business model.”

“Had several pieces of jewelry that were in need of repair and, although requesting the repairs close to the holidays, was not sure if all the pieces would be completed before Christmas. Incredibly all pieces were repaired at least a week before Christmas and every piece looked new and beautiful. Veronica was very helpful, attentive, knowledgeable, and professional.
