Walmart -west Tennessee * came here to get away from the house. I did my shopping. I politely ask if there was cash in the register before I asked for cash back. I did this because I did not want to wait!
of course there was no cash in the damn register! and the manager took 10 minutes to go in the office and sign it out. a very unsympathetic I'm sorry is what I got.
and a big pain in the damn ass. they have no clue what the hell they're doing here. I don't think they ever will. this is always been a horrible store. shop on Thomasville road. it's organized

Terrible on line ordering experiences. My first order attempt in December was cancelled by the store. I placed an order again last week. The order stated they didn’t have the case of water and no substitutions. Really??!! Then I tried to pick up the order curbside. After waiting 30 minutes I called and was told to hold on they were busy. I waited thirty more minutes and was told it will be coming out. I finally had to leave and then they canceled the order because I didn’t pick it up. Horrible process at this location.

It’s pretty clean, easy to find what I need, and the employees are very helpful and kind. Prices could be a bit cheaper but overall I’m pleased.

Hokiest Walmart in Tallahassee. They pay stoners to stand around checking people's receipts and their aisles look like a drunkard put them in.
Terrible customer service in electronics, and rarely enough cashiers to check people out.
Absolutely hilarious spot. Highly recommend for amusement, but not so much for real shopping.

This walmart pick up is HORRIBLE!!! If you are understaffed then don’t take on orders! Bringing out one order an hour for people who have been waiting for TWO HOURS after they are messaged that their order IS READY is inexcusable!! If you are understaffed and have too many orders for your staff to handle then the manager SHOULD be getting help from other departments or AT LEAST helping themselves and NOT giving lame excuses over the phone! AVOID THIS WALMART!!!

Waited in line for 29 minutes to be checked out. When the man in front of me started getting checked out, the cashier told him to tell me the line was closed after him..I stated, " I have been waiting in line for 20 minutes and you have about 20 other people in line. You are telling us now we have to go to the back of existing lines and wait even longer." The cashier shrugged her shoulders and said, " That's not my problem." Will not go to the Walmart on Tennessee Street again. Left my item and went to home Depot, in and out In less than 10 minutes and the price was cheaper. Shame on you Walmart.

Horrible service. Was told by two employees I can cash out my coin star slip, by the person at register 11. Then was told they just went on break. I'm a truck driver so it's not super easy for me to just go to another walmart, also how in the world does no one know literally anything about how the store works or who can do what? Apparently there is no one at the service desk so no one could cash it. So who the hell was this supposed person that could cash it in the first place? Unreal.
