I went to the money center with my wife was uncomfortable with English and got racist.
They laughed and laughed at my wife, asking if she couldn't send money if she couldn't speak English, and they wouldn't let her translate.

Had the worst experience at Tennessee St Walmart yesterday For Father’s Day I placed an order for a laptop online bc they had it available for pick up. When I showed up at the time it said I could pick it up and went to check in it turned to item unavailable and offered a ship or cancel option. I proceeded inside the store bc the inventory stated there were 10 inside that location. I went from customer service to manager to pick up person and they went to the back and pulled out the laptop I ordered and said the would process it out and bring it to me. I went to the car to wait and the man and another lady came out and proceeded to tell me the order was cancelled in their system and that my card would be refunded within 10 days. The order was still open on my phone that showed it said ship or cancel and they marked it unavailable in the store. I said so you took 335 off my card and bc one of your employees was too lazy to go find the item they cancelled it out and now I don’t have my item or my money and my kids father is without his gift for Father’s Day ??? They said call customer service we can’t help you !!! After sitting up there for a total of 3 hours out of my Father’s Day I didn’t receive my item or help other than call for a refund !!!! To wait for 10 days for money bc your employees are lazy and don’t want to do their job is unacceptable!!! AVOID TENNESSEE ST WAL MART AT ALL COST LAZY PEOPLE WITH NOOOOO WORK ETHIC AT ALL !!!!

This walmart is the absolute worst. It's very unorganized. Just had employee shoulder check me when I was walking in as she was out the wrong door. My husband had to go back out to the parking lot to retrieve a
buggy cause there are none inside.

I went to the car repair center on 5/28/24
I went early in the morning because I called the day before to ask if they could replace my tire from the rim. They said they could.
The morning I went, I was first told by the first technician, Marcus, “I can’t do this for you”
He gave me a weird look then walked away
I asked if there was any reason why, and I was given no clear reason. He couldn’t even take my order.
After 15 minutes waiting in the lobby alone. The repair shops manager Yolanda, explained to me that the technician that could replace the rim from my tire was late and nobody could give me any service.
A third techician walked past me just looking at me…
After waiting an hour in the lobby, and the mechanics staying out in the garage (all on their phones)
I left!
I don’t know but the whole situation felt really weird, two mechanics and a manager in the repair shop; and no person could replace a tire from the rim, or even take my order…
They’ve taken orders before and held my rim for a day. And the machine that replaces the tire from a rim does all the work for you!
The cherry on top was when the front service clerk stopped me on my way out with my broken tire. She was wondering if I was leaving with a new tire!? However to my dismay I told her that nobody was giving me any service.
She told me Yolanda and Marcus have replaced a tire from her rim just a week ago!!!
The whole situation felt really weird… I feel managers and HR need to look into the matter.
Never going to this Walmart again.
