Go to the Mahan Walmart. If you come here, you are liable to be waiting in line for 20 minutes because they only got 5 of 11 self check outs and 1 manned register open. Or worse yet, 0 self checkouts and 2 manned register open as I've seen a couple of times. I've never waited more than a couple of minutes at the Mahan store.

At 10:50pm on 06/01/24 there were only 8 self checkouts near the exit. After scanning my one (1) item at the checkout closest to the exit, I was stopped by a male associate with short blue hair who demanded to see my receipt. The representative had been talking to a female associate the entire time prior. I advised that they shouldn't be distracting themselves with side conversations when I scanned the item DIRECTLY in front of both of them. Male associate responded "dem de rules baby". This location hires anyone who walks in the door. Unprofessional, disgusting, and team members severly need to be trained in customer service.

The store was poorly stocked the garden center was a joke this is the summertime the growing season this is where everything should be booming Gates closed on the thing you got to walk all the way through the store just to look at the plants not a fan won't be back

I have two horror stories that took place in this location but the one the gets me very angry is the one time I tried to get a perfume out by pressing the assistance button and waited for about seven minutes before realizing no one was coming. I walk over to a nearby aisle to ask someone to help me and she tells me to go over to electronics to ask for help there. I walk to the other side of the Walmart and ask them. Then they tell me to walk over to customer service on the other side of the store. I do this and after waiting the long line, the worker at customer service tells me she will call someone to help me. I go back over to perfumes and wait another seven minutes before realizing no one is coming yet again. I walked to another section of the beauty aisles and finally a nice young lady helped me and apologized on behalf of the other workers. It's unacceptable to send customers on a wild goose chase to do a simple task. These workers are completely incompetent and I will never give this location my business again. Took me about half an hour and lots of effort to get one bottle of perfume out. I was being polite with them all so I don't understand the unwillingness to help. The Walmart on North Monroe helped me get out a bottle in 2 minutes.

I don't really care for this location. You never really see employees working, especially after about 8 pm. Self checkout is the only thing open with a line to the back of the store while employees huddled together running their mouths. I think if I check myself out, that makes me an employee which qualifies me for the discount. Right....?????♀️?♀️???

This place definitely does the switcheroo. Puts the wrong price in the counter then switches to a different price. Hell MOVE the merchandise to the proper area or NOT put a different price on a DIFFERENT SHELF!

I wish I didn’t even have to give them 1 star. I HATE coming to this Walmart because I’m constantly being followed by Walmart employees. I have never stolen ANYTHING from any store however, every time I come here, I get followed as if I’m a criminal.
