Pharmacy team is impatient and was not professional. They only care about the numbers and didn’t want to help assist with a prescription issue with the doctor. I understood the issue but the pharmacy manager wanted to get me out of the way because I took up maybe two minutes of time. I will not be back after 11 years of business with this location.

Anytime I walk in there to find something the same employees will follow me from aisle to aisle from the front of the store and stare at me. Then will chase me down to ask if I need help as I leave.
I'm 60 years old. I have never shoplifted and never will
This whole area is schizo. Nice homes and stores and still feels like the worst neighborhoods in LA county and Atlanta

Pharmacist at this location is the worse in Tallahassee, FL.Supposedly this female pharmacist was a fill-in for the day and didn't know what she was doing. When I called to have a prescription transferred to this location it was never done, until I phone to say forget it I'll go to a different Walgreens. Than was told it would be ready in 45 minutes. When I went to pickup it had been 2 hours and still it wasn't filled. I asked why it wasn't filled when they told me 45 minutes over 2 hours ago? She threathen to call 911 which she should have. Instead I"m writing this review and next will be calling corporate office. She has also done this to other customers before me and after me since I stayed to listen to another of her excuses. This so called fill-in pharmacist on Tuesday, October 10, 2023 should lose her job for the way she is. NEVER USE THIS LOCATION!

I do not know what has happened to the Walgreens pharmacy but the customer service has getting worse and worse. My daughter tried to get an antibiotic filled and was told they didn't have any. The person asked her I'd she really needed it. YES, that's why it was prescribed. She is sick. They then told her they had it at the one by booksamillion. So they transferred it there. She called me in tears because when she tried to get they told her they didn't have any either. So I called them at 3:30pm and asked them to please explain why we are getting the runaround. Suddenly they have it and he told me he could haveeit ready in 30 minutes. I told him I would be there at 5:00pm. At 5:30 I pull up to get it and I am told it isn't ready. SERIOUSLY!!! I think I am going to pull my family and start using Publix. Absolutely Ridiculous.

Went to pick up my daughter’s prescription on Sat 7/2 and pharmacy was unexpectedly closed. No one knew anything or could help. Was left unable to get necessary medication. Could not transfer the prescription to another Walgreens. This effected my daughter’s employment & our holiday. The manager “Eric Jeffrey” was not “available” the employees knew nothing. Emergencies happen, mistakes happen but how you handle them is what matters. This Walgreens Pharmacy manager has acted unprofessional & unethical in treating their store employees & customers this way.

Managers were awesome and pharmacy techs were awesome, but the pharmacist was the most rude inconsiderate person I have ever met in the medical field. If looks could kill I would be dead. After he closed the pharmacy 2 hours early he even saw me leaving in the parking lot and continued to brow beat me. Out of professional respect I did not ask him why he seemed to hate me and his job so much. The manager even told me he would probably not even show up the next day because he didn't want to be there. If you don't like your job then quit. Your attitude makes the other very professionals look bad as a team.

I have been disabled with 24/7 migraines, vertigo, nausea, every other little thing that comes along with the headache itself. I have never been treated so badly by any other pharmacy (With the exception of another Walgreens also close to me) than this one. They have been telling me for the last month that insurance would not cover my medication. I have called insurance each time and each time they have already paid for it - did the government pass a law that pharmacies and insurance dictate our medical needs? In Addition I was lied to by a pharmacy assistant, I knew the answer sounded incorrect so I contacted my Doctor Who was shocked at the answer Walgreens had given me. It is very difficult after you have had somebody lie to you over five times to ever regain the trust, especially when health is involved. In addition they love to blame me, my family, and my insurance. It's like they are a narcissistic organization. I had finally been able to talk to the actual pharmacist about two weeks ago, I called to talk to her today, she is no longer there.

Online pickup at this Walgreens has very poor service. I placed an order for pickup at 5:35 PM and now at 8:57 PM it still hasn’t been filled with the 6 items. The store has the items because I was I was In the store just that the item I need was $6.29 in the store and online the price is $3.89. Why does this Walgreens jack the price up $2.40 more????? People check prices, Target doesn’t price hike like this. Walmart matches their online price if it’s lower! Walgreens sucks!

Have always enjoyed Walgreens service, but recent attempt to fill prescriptions at Walgreens in Tallahassee was most disappointing. Pharmacy tech was overly curt and not helpful. These times are hard and I know pharmacies are understaffed and overworked. I hope management is doing all it can to increase staffing ,support, and train employees.

Very disappointed in the pharmacy service I received today. Trying to set an appointment for COVID shots for wife and I. Was originally online but kept getting run around in circles and decided to call my local Walgreens. Went thru the questions process but associate got hung up on insurance, you know, for the free to all Americans shot. After 4-5 hours of waiting for her to call me back I finally called and she was out to lunch. I asked for store manager but got pharmacy manager who refused to help til other associate returned. I went online and signed wife and I up on CVS sight in 15 minutes. Walgreens called shortly after and I told them I had already made other arrangements! I’m a business owner and I know how people are supposed to be treated! DISAPPOINTED!
