This location almost always has terrible customer service in the pharmacy which is why I switched pharmacies a while back. Recently my doctor accidentally ordered my prescription at this Walgreens location again and when I called I was immediately reminded of why I switched in the first place. I called to ask about my prescription and the tech cut me off in the middle of my first sentence and talked to me as if I was a total inconvenience and annoyance to her when I was literally just asking my prescription status.The techs here always get so bothered when they have to do their job. They were also frequently out medications when they were called in for me or my kids. Go to the CVS across the street or the other N Monroe location (John Knox), you can thank me later.

When it comes to Walgreens the more than fair sometimes slow that's because they're busy and they cut the employees hours back so they do the best they can but again you can't beat them

We've been using Walgreens now for over 10 years and this one on Monroe I think it's 3420 North Monroe you couldn't ask for better service

I got my booster shot at this Walgreens, after getting the first two at another Walgreens. The other Walgreens told me to come here for a replacement card. The pharmacist was very rude, and refused to help, when though I had all receipts and confirmations of previous shots.After an hour of them pretending to look up info, I found a photo of my original card. At which point, she wrote those two down on s new paper, while falsifying my last name to match their broken records. And STILL REFUSED TO ADD THE BOOSTER, even though it clearly shows I got it here in their system.This has got to be illegal!!! They just diary me hundreds in concert tickets for a show I can't attend without the card.

You better count your medications when you go to this location, somebody is taking it and giving your short and the don't respond to you in what is happening. The had really weird tech in there stealing your meds.

Always a good shopping trip to Walgreens. They have great sales to take advantage of. Always have what I need.
