Pharmacy continues to tell me they’re sold out of my prescription and to come back on a certain day. I come back on the day they tell me, and they tell me “we have it in stock but need you to pick it up later” I come back later and I’m told it’s out of stock and to try to repeat this process the next week.

The pharmacy team really goes above and beyond to get my medication even when things are on back order. Carl and Marielle are so attentive and the technicians work quickly even when there’s a long line. Thanks for everything!
