Slowest. Most understaffed pharmacy I've ever seen.

I have used this pharmacy for five years, but I recently stopped doing so because their recent customer service is terrible. If there are no issues with your prescriptions they perform well enough, but if a prescription is out of stock their automated telephone system always tells you to call back in few hours. Once you get through to a person they are consistently unhelpful. One time I was on hold for 20 minutes, apparently because my original contact forgot I was waiting, another time I asked if other stores had the item in stock and they transferred me to a Walgreens which did not have it either, but their staff member was very clear about the situation which I appreciated (an example of good customer service from a different Walgreens). The final straw was when they cancelled one of my prescriptions entirely and told me to get my doctor to reissue it. I had it reissued to a different pharmacy.

The absolute worst pharmacy...They tell you a prescription is ready, get to the store and they are out. Had to go to another pharmacy. Customer service leaves a lot to be desired.

My daughter’s prescription was sent to the pharmacy on Friday. Each time I called to check on the status, the automated message said it would be ready after 1:15 PM on Monday. After not being notified whether it was ready for pickup on Monday, I called to check the status after getting off from work. The automated message stated it was ready for pickup. She went to pick it up Tuesday afternoon. She called me while she was at the drive thru window and told me the cost. I sent her the money. She texted me almost 20 minutes later saying they made her come inside and she was waiting because her prescription was never ready. It took entirely too long to pick up a prescription that should have been ready.

Great Walgreens to go to. The employees are great and it's well stocked and well kept.

The customer in front of us was using her discount card and the cashier started asking her to verify her personal information. Name address phone number email address. I whisper to my husband that this is unnecessary and I cannot deal with it. He said okay I'll handle it so I assumed (incorrectly)that he would tactfully tell the cashier that we do not wish to participate in this process. But no he went along with it. I do not appreciate the cashier having my personal information on screen. The cashier needs to ring up my purchases, bag them up and take my payment. Period. She does not need my name address phone number date of birth email address Granny's birthday and my dog's name. PLUS the other customers in the store don't need to know it either.

Very nice stuff! I scheduled a COVID test for international travel in April 2023, but there was no pharmacist available that morning, so I was transferred to another Walgreens in just 15 minutes. Everything went smoothly and I got the test on time.

One of the slowest Walgreens ever. I’ve spent 15+ minutes trying to check out while the line was 15 people deep. Plus I’ve tried picking up my prescription there multiple times and they keep “losing” it

The staff is very polite. I was selecting photos to print and personally witnessed rows of rude impatient customers. The staff you had there is priceless and deserve at least a pizza party.

This is my favorite Walgreens, mostly because it is right by my home and my office. There are three ways in/out of the parking lot: from an access road off Apalachee Pkwy, from Magnolia, and from the Buffalo Wild Wings parking lot. Staff are friendly/helpful, and there's a decent selection of just about everything including frozen pizza, oat milk, local microbrews, holiday sweets, supplements, OTCs, and personal care products. They also have the usual selection of nicotine products. The store is clean and quiet (including the bathrooms). The only service they offer that I recommend avoiding is the FedEx hold service. I've had a number of issues with this, including them giving my package to someone else. Walgreens has an app that lets you pay and earn rewards through it. They just scan your screen at the register. It also allows you to order through the app and pick up at the store or have your stuff delivered. If you're into couponing, shopping via the app will show you coupon codes you can apply at checkout.
