My last visit wasn't the best. Son had surgery and I had a pain med to fill. When I dropped it off I was told 1hr. Hour later it hadn't been started. I was told 30 more minutes. 30mins later, still not ready. So I waited at the window for about 10 more minutes. Then I was asked how old my son was, which was on the script,. How much does he weigh. And how this medicine is not normally given to a child his age. So I'm like I don't know what to tell you. The doctor was fully aware of his age his weight, so what's the problem?. So head pharmacist said I'll let it go this time. Totally made me feel as if I wanted the meds for myself or some other unethical use.One week before this, my son was prescribed an antibiotic to prepare for the upcoming surgery. I waited to the next day to pick it up since it was called in. They hadn't even filled it. Had to come back later. I would have given 1 star if this was my only two encounters, but I only go maybe once or twice a year anyway. So I gave it an average.

Pretty embarrassing when commercials advertise that COVID shots are available, but when you show up for your appointment, they won't take your insurance. In all of the years that COVID vaccines have been available, we have never had a problem getting them… until now.

It looks like they get new GMB page after they reach so many one star reviews.... Where is my last month review? This pharmacy has been around to long, just to have a one month old review page. This just show employees are just taking bad leadership training from higher ups.... Not one pharmacist has stayed longer then three months... Never knowing scrip instructions unless patient (me) tells them every month at pick up.... After eighteen months I was finally able to transfer all my scrips to Publix Pharmacy and is in such a relieve state of mind since the transfer.

I can't say enough good things about this Walgreens location. I feel like they have the absolute best Pharmacy with Mr. Mike, Annette, and the rest of the staff in the pharmacy. They are always professional and courteous as well being able to tell they genuinely care about their customers well being, and do everything they can within their power to help. In the front of the store Edwina always greats me with a smile on the way in and a pleasant farewell on my way out, even if I'm not checking out at the front register. All of the other employees whose names I do not know are helpful and pleasant as well! Great all around staff and attitude, keep up the GREAT JOB!

This will be the LAST TIME I BUY ANY FOOD/DAIRY PRODUCTS FROM WALGREENS! I purchased Borden 1% white milk 4 days ago at store #7583 (Tallahassee, FL) and it's ALREADY SPOILED! The expiration date isn't until next week and the manager on duty Nickelle said it was store policy not to exchange or give refunds on food/dairy products! And that I had to call Borden to resolve the issue. They do not need to sell food if they can not produce quality products to the consumer. Bad Business!
