I am absolutely appalled by the level of service I received from the pharmacy staff at Walgreens. I wish I could give them zero stars because that's exactly what they deserve. My recent experience at this pharmacy was nothing short of a nightmare.First and foremost, the staff displayed a complete lack of professionalism and empathy. When I approached the counter with a simple question about my medication, I was met with indifference and a dismissive attitude. It's as if they couldn't be bothered to take a moment to assist a customer in need. I understand that working in a pharmacy can be stressful, but that's no excuse for treating customers like an inconvenience.Moreover, the incompetence of the Walgreens pharmacy staff was shocking. They made numerous mistakes with my prescription, including giving me the wrong medication and failing to explain the potential side effects or interactions. This is not only negligent but also dangerous to the health and well-being of the customers who rely on their medications.To make matters worse, the wait times at this Walgreens pharmacy are excruciatingly long. On more than one occasion, I found myself standing in line for what felt like an eternity, only to be met with the same unhelpful and disinterested staff once it was finally my turn. It's as if they have no respect for their customers' time.I strongly advise anyone considering using this Walgreens pharmacy to look elsewhere for their healthcare needs. The level of service and professionalism displayed by the pharmacy staff at Walgreens is absolutely abysmal. It's a disgrace to the healthcare profession, and I wouldn't wish the frustration and disappointment I experienced on anyone. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere that values its customers and takes their responsibilities seriously.

Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life. The pharmacy, staff and managers are a complete joke and do not care about anything you have to say. I've been lied to my face two days in a row telling me they can't transfer my prescription to another pharmacy even though they've been out of my medication for 2 weeks. Told him this is a medical emergency and all they can say is sorry. It might be in next week. Well that was last week. Now it's going to be next week. Do yourself a favor and never ever get any prescription sent to this pharmacy.

Shouldn't be caked a pharmacy when you have half an isle of cold relieve and 20 iesles of grocery, make up, clothing, and toys. Waste of time if you want anything other than dayquill. You will have better luck at a dollar general than here

Stephanie, why are you working in a customer service job when you don’t like customers? I went through the drive-through to pick up a prescription. And Was waited on by a young lady named Stephanie who obviously didn’t wanna be there. She was short and rude with me. When I called her out about not having customer service skills she wanted to argue. I told her I was not going to argue with her. She put the phone down and walked away. Didn’t say someone will be with you or I’ll be back, nothing. Another young lady who was obviously listening to Stephanie complain looked at me and walked away as well. A young man who was also listening to Stephanie complain walked over picked up the phone and said OK and then he help me he was very nice. But why is Stephanie working in a job she doesn’t like?

The customer service in the pharmacy is not very pleasant. There is one particular pharmacist, female with very short hair, that never has a smile on her face, doesn't greet you, acts like it's a pain to even take or give you your Rx. There are two other pharmacists that I have never had a problem with and hopefully they will continue to work there, but this one in particular needs to either pull the stick out of her butt and slap a smile on her face or find another job STAT!!!!

The Walgreens Pharmacy staff on Tennessee and Capital Circle West side has the best staff EVER! I called because we had a situation with one of Jareth's meds (28 year old autistic) that would have created ALL KINDS of problems over the weekend and asked them if they could help me with a creative solution to the problem I had, and they went out of their way to help out. They rock and saved me soooo much aggravation!

We have been using this walgreens for several years. Over the last couple of monthes the customer service in the pharmacy has been horible, staff is not profesional customer friendly or helpful. I have even had the staff in the pahrmacy roll thier eyes at me and hang up the speaker phone at the drive thru on me. I then asked for a manager for assisitance and her name. The staff member then continued her bad attitude and placed her name tag agaisnt the drive thu window while still rolling her eyes. The pharmacy is need of some custoimer service in the drive thru.

Staff is very nice and polite, typical Walgreens lots of options and items, variety of things for everyone. E-Z Parking well lit.
