I’ve been using this Walgreens for about a year and have always had great interactions with the pharmacists. They tell me right away when my meds aren’t in stock and have helped me with options if I need the med sooner than they would get it back in stock. Always kind and patient.

Careful with Cynthia, she will mess up your cash transactions, count the cash multiple times, then give up and turn it around on you. Just go to a different store before she messes with your money too.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. i have missed three days of medication that is supposed to be taken DAILY because these of these fools. i sat on hold BEFORE 8PM with the pharmacy just for some guy to finally pick up at 8pm on the dot to say “we’re closed” and then hang up. every person in there should be ashamed. you’re lucky this isn’t a more serious medication. you all should be fired.

This pharmacy staff is very ghetto and unprofessional. Close the whole store. I was told my medicine will be ready after five. Got a delay message so I called to see when I could pick it up. Very rude pharmacist told me she didn't know when it would be in. These people in this building need to be fired including the management NO one in this Walgreens seems to care that medicine saves people lives THEY ARE CLEARLY THERE JUST FOR THEY CHECK NOT FOR THE PEOPLE. Update: THE MANAGER CARL HE IS TERRIBLE. THIS IS WHY THIS PLACE IS A BAD PHARMACY THIS MAN CURSED AT ME AND A FLORIDA BLUE SUPERVISOR HE LIED ABOUT MY MEDICINE!! THIS GUY IS DANGEROUS LIED ABOUT CHANGING MY ? TO ANOTHER Location. I changed the entire pharmacy

The pharmacy team really goes above and beyond to get my medication even when things are on back order. Carl and Marielle are so attentive and the technicians work quickly even when there’s a long line. Thanks for everything!

Terrible customer service from management. I transfer my rent via cash reload every month and the limit is $1,000 a day. Every time I go the white old lady manager lies and says the limit is $500 a day which is not true for any Walgreens. I believe she is passing this incorrect information along to other associates also. When I advised her that was incorrect and returned to complete my second deposit (which went through) she proceeded to ridicule me with another associate. Personally I feel like thats unacceptable and it's never a pleasurable shopping experience when she's around.

Always takes atleast 20 minutes on hold to get someone to answer at the pharmacy. Who ever is running this branch needs to hire a larger pharmacy team so they have some help.
