don't even deserve one star.....been in the store for over an hour!! no help whatsoever!!! and I'm only here for accessories. two people on the floor and another one came in after 45 min . the two staff members are with the same people when I first came in..

THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! The employees are fast talkers and will tell you anything. I went to Justin who was supposedly the manager to upgrade my phone. No name tag. He couldn’t get me a receipt he said it was because of the system. I finally made him write a hand written one. I traveled internationally and my phone would not work because of how it was set up. He added an additional line to my account that I didn’t need or ask for but have been paying for. He ordered the home internet system which i did not ask for also and have been paying for. I had to call the 800 number which is India and has been a nightmare to get removed. I am still trying to fix what they messed up on my account 5 months later. Thank goodness I went to the capital circle location and Dan has been helping me get my account straightened out.

The process of switching my family from straight talk to Verizon was not easy and quite frankly, a near disaster. Jason was incredibly helpful and patient and worked on and off for 2 weeks to make the switch a success. I could not have asked for a better experience from this Verizon staff! Thank you Jason!

I stood in the store for 15 minutes with no acknowledgement from the 1 associate at the counter with another customer. Meanwhile I can hear the other associates in the back laughing and playing. What ever happen to customer service. By the way, I went there to purchase an Apple Watch.

Gave me the wrong line. Needed upgrade on business account, and they gave me personal account . I brought the phone back to correct their error , and they charged me 350$ for a phone I had for 2 weeks. No one cares to fix it, and it was their mistake. Trying to pay the remainder of the bill but my account doesn’t exist , yet I owe them money. No one at this store cares about the situation. Can’t even just pay off the balance because account doesn’t exist and it’s STILL confusing the business account .. the absolute worst. Oh I get emails threatening me , but no way to pay it because account doesn’t exist lol .. good one Verizon .. smh

Went to Verizon this morning and met Sabrina, she was a superstar. Her ability to lead me and all her people, multifunction was professional and extremely knowledgeable. She got me in and out, will be back there for sure!

Avoid going to the store. They will charge you more than the online prices. Or go to a different phone provider than won't charge as much as Verizon .

Verizon has no care at all for its actual customers. It would take one line of code in their programming to stop all these fishing phone calls for the American people are getting frauded and money stole from them from people in other countries. My question is why is Verizon refusing to protect its customers. I have tried for 4 months to get someone from Verizon to explain to me why it is they will not even try to stop the fleecing of America.
