HORRIBLE SERVICE. No greeting. Go through the app. I had a $730 trade-in and even showed where the app instructed me to come here. No help.
To the response below: never, ever, whatsoever will I be back there. Lost a customer. Keep treating people like garbage and see how that pans out. I’ve been a customer with Verizon for about 10 years - financed 4 phones, 120 monthly bills…and was told “we don’t see you as a customer.” LOL!

Absolute waste of oxygen. Literally saw a woman get turned away for asking for one on one customer service help and they told her to call the Verizon number! I’m completely serious. True story. Waste of rental space and corporate monies that gets passed on to the consumer.

Dan helped me get a new iPhone 15 Pro max. It was my first time trading in a phone by myself and it was a breeze. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. He answered every question I had and was quick and efficient. 10/10.

We recently dealt with Alex in exchanging and updating our iPhones. He was extremely courteous and very helpful during our visit. He was very patient in transferring all our data from our old phones to the newer phones. Excellent customer service and we highly recommend him. We are long time Verizon customers. If you need help with ANYTHING, go see Brittney Howard. She is so helpful, it was the easiest shopping experience I've ever had when being in the market for internet services. Also, you set it up on your own and it was as simple as plugging the box in. This could not have been any easier! Thanks Brittney!

don't even deserve one star.....been in the store for over an hour!! no help whatsoever!!! and I'm only here for accessories. two people on the floor and another one came in after 45 min . the two staff members are with the same people when I first came in..

THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! The employees are fast talkers and will tell you anything. I went to Justin who was supposedly the manager to upgrade my phone. No name tag. He couldn’t get me a receipt he said it was because of the system. I finally made him write a hand written one. I traveled internationally and my phone would not work because of how it was set up. He added an additional line to my account that I didn’t need or ask for but have been paying for. He ordered the home internet system which i did not ask for also and have been paying for. I had to call the 800 number which is India and has been a nightmare to get removed. I am still trying to fix what they messed up on my account 5 months later. Thank goodness I went to the capital circle location and Dan has been helping me get my account straightened out.
