Definitely would recommend Carlos, he's amazingly kind and will definitely help you get the best deal you can in your phone. He went above and beyond to help me make sure I could get my new phone when he saw my old one was on its last leg. Thank you Carlos!! Nick Allen was amazingly helpful. The system went down in the process of him upgrading my line. He was diligent and kind. He was determined to make sure we were satisfied. Nick is just plain awesome!!!! My husband and I give Nick a 10 out of 10.

Amanda is amazing! Over the past week I have been to 3 different Verizon stores, and Amanda has by far been the most helpful. She was able to assist me with multiple different things with my account and was so, so quick. I’ll definitely be using this store from now on :)

I recently had an excellent experience at this store. Jake helped me analyze my usage and choose a plan that was a good fit. He also helped me get connected to the Disney Plus bundle and he set up our account (instead of just telling me what to do). He assisted my husband with upgrading his phone. Jake was very knowledgeable about each of the phone features; therefore, he was able to provide guidance on the best phone for my husband. He was professional, efficient and super helpful. He cleaned the phone, set up the case and screen protector and helped with the modifications needed for the online accounts. It was the smoothest cell phone experience I've ever had.

Amanda Aaron was so much help today ! She went above and beyond to answer all the questions my mom and I had , no matter how ridiculous. Mr. Ross Donaldson was not only kind, informative, and helpful, but a very kind and humorous person that made me very happy to be a Verizon customer. Truly *everyone at this location on the day of October 9th, 2023 was outstanding.
