Super rude value rude not value pawn.
Any other value pawn or pawn shop in that family is 100 times better then this place manager is rude and only trying to over price under loan still suck go any where else

I went to get my pistol out of pawn, and am told that the only person that can do that is off. I told them I'm leaving town today and they didn't care. I suppose that they want the gun to sell. I would go to Folmars if I could have gone, because they never say they can't do that. The only reason I used this place was it was a Sunday. I'll never do business with them again!

Called over the phone. Rude, monotone.Gave the item asked for a ball park, not a over the phone contract. Forced me to drive for a low ball.Don't go here. Please across the street offered double, nearly tripple.

First and LAST time I’m ever stepping foot in this horrendously run business. I walked in well before closing and there were about 2 people waiting in line in front of me. The employee running the line is visibly irritated by everyone in the store. When it’s my turn, that employee goes to the back and another employee(this employee is even worse) takes his place. He doesn’t even look at anything I was holding and says “nah we won’t take any of that, maybe the drill.” $600+ worth of new electronics in including an Apple Watch. Asks for my ID and then gets pissed because I don’t have an account in the system. Then he tells me I’ll have to come back and takes care of other customers behind me…..I don’t expect employees at pawns shops to be cheerful and bubbly, but I do expect just an ounce of respect

If I could give zero stars I would. Called and asked about selling a 20 franc good piece and was told they would accept it. Drove all the way over to the shop to be told a gold coin was worth 2-4 dollars. Liars and scam artists.

Associate Justin is INCREDIBLY rude. I will never return to this location. From the time I walked in the door he had a very short snappy attitude. When I asked him why he was being so rude he responded back that he was in fact being rude. His manager did apologize but attempted to make an excuse saying that they have been there all week from open to close and are kind of over worked. I wanted to get a price on my old MAC book because i graduated and had no use for it anymore. I guess that’s what happened when you’re under paid over worked and unhappy with your life, you take it out on the people you interact with.
