“VERY rarely do I write reviews for anything good that's related to a product or a service because taking care of the customer has been is a lost art that left many businesses, MANY years ago. But I decided to write this review based on my experience with Andrew at ALH Auto. I have purchased a number of vehicles over the years and I have to say that my experience was nothing short of AMAZING! Because of scheduling conflicts, both Andrew & I were limited on the days in order to purchase my vehicle. But I have to say this. I live 3 hours away from his store, and Andrew went COMPLETELY out of his way...taking time away from his family....on a Sunday afternoon...on CHRISTMAS EVE nonetheless...to meet me...and to make sure I was taken care of. The entire process was pain-free, and I was in and out of his store in less than 2 hours! We originally had our eye on the white Hummer H3, we called and spoke with Don’ta about it and I relayed the information to my husband who in turn stopped by on his way home and test drove it for me, then we decided we would go into Tallahassee the very next day to fill out the paperwork and hopefully drive home with it… that didn’t happen! “I’ve waited a year and a half to write this review, because I really wanted to see for myself.I will start by saying, I found my desired car on car fax- located at Gary Molten. I had $4500 saved for a down payment and had never financed a car before. When I arrived to see the car, I fell in love. Gary took $500 off the top to get my payment where I could be comfortable with insurance. I’ve now been driving the car for a year and a half. Never once has a light even come on the dash, the customer service there is exceptional, I love everything about this dealership and will refer them forever. My father in law was in a very tight situation and they got him into a new truck immediately with not much down. Now my husband is buying a car from them. So happy to have found and honest dealer!”

“My experience with Mr. Dwayne was awesome. He definitely got me in a vehicle the same day, but sad to say three days later my vehicle's check engine light came on and I asked Mr. Dwayne was it ok to drive and he said it should be fine but it was not fine and now smoke coming out of the pipes and it barely pulls now. I want to assume Mr. Dwayne had no actual knowledge that that would happen so I won't fault him. Next time I purchase a vehicle I'm making sure I have someone with car knowledge with me to ask the right questions? ? ? ? ? ? ? ?Update... Mr. Dwayne is an awesome sales person and even with the troubles with my first vehicle he tried his best to right that wrong and for that I appreciate it.
