Poor customer service. I usually don’t write reviews but I walked in Trendy Nails today around 11:30-am and asked if they did waxing specifically eyebrows and the employee said “ I do not have time today”. She did not say hey you can make an appointment or come another day. There was only one other customer in the shop. Just wow. I guess they don’t need any new business. This was my first and last time coming there.

I recently moved to town and have been to several nail salons. And this salon is my favorite one yet! Super friendly staff and she actually will have conversation with you. ( i hate going to salons and there's an awkward silence the whole hour im there). And not as expensive as other salons in town. Im very picky about my nails. She listened to my concerns, didn't miss any edges, all the same thickness, and perfect shaping

Did a walk in to take off my nails on my hand and feet. Ladies were nice, plenty of parking.
There was only one lady working so I was left to soak my nails that felt longer than 30 minutes. There was still product left on my nails and nail polish on my toes. Everything was for $25. The place looks not sanitized.
I asked the lady if my nails supposed to look like this. Just to buff them out a bit, which she didn’t do at the chair. Only when I complained at check out. She then mentioned how those are my natural nails and how it will grow out.
I still feel like there are leftover products on may nails and the day after a piece of extension I believe came off.

Please do not go here! This lady cut my toe nails so short that my nail is almost non-existent. When I told the other lady who works there this is not okay- she said you told her to cut your nails! I didn't not tell her to cut my nail off! Do NOT go here...

Came into salon to get one nail fixed and a fill. Worst nail job ever. My regular salon was full "Dynasty Nails". I would rather wait a week than ever go back to this place. Straight Trash.

Love coming to Tally to get my nails done here! I haven’t been able to find another nail shop as good as them. They’re very nice and attentive to you. They put all of their intentions to do their job well. Last time I came, I did a French pedicure and the gentleman that worked on me did a phenomenal job! I fell asleep sitting on the massage chair while he worked on my feet. The owner does amazing art work, and the other older lady gives you really good foot massages when I’ve done my pedis with her. This time I thought I have to tell it so other local people can come and support their business because I wish I could take them back home to Orlando with me. Tally has the best! They take their time to make sure their work is done right! I high recommend!Services: Foot massages

My daughter went in this past weekend for a quick paint of her finger nails and toe nails. She got the gel polish so it would be no mess. It was the worst job I have ever seen. There was nail polish all over her fingers and nail beds. This was after about two hours of getting them done. I went back in with her and showed the nail tech the issue and she sat back down to "fix" them. After about another 30 minutes nothing was fixed and her nails looked horrible. I paid $60 just for them to paint the nails, no pedicure or manicure, and it was awful. They should never let the elderly woman provide any services to anyone because she clearly can not do the job well. I will never go back.

Went in this past Friday 3/ 3/23 for a pedicure, I was very much pleased until the end when it came time to polish. The polish was gunky and thick look like my grandbaby polished my feet . So for this reason alone I probably won't be going back. I can polish my own toes better than this, and I forgot to mention that the polish was so thick that when I wore sneakers the next day the polish smeared.Service: Pedicure

After having a bag experience at Dynasty nails, I came here and I Thank God I did. The older lady and her husband is very kind. My toes are nice and most importantly there was friendly conversations. It's not gorgeous but better than I could do myself.Got my brows waxed and I look like I'm from the early 2000s with these skinny brows. Ugh.
