The A/C must be out because the store is incredibly hot and it is uncomfortable to shop. I feel bad for the employees working (one of which is pregnant) in this heat… OSHA should be notified because this does not seem like a safe workplace.

very bad customer service, I returned a bag and it's been 2 months, I haven't got any refund yet. I tried to contact with customer service several times, no solutions. very disappointed !

Very poor customer service. Asked a male associate at the register for help yesterday, and he completely ignored me, and continued clacking away on his phone. Several items I had qualified for the half off sale, so I went back to the register to check out. My items had clearance stickers, but he wouldn't change the price because it rang up as the original price. He said people switch stickers all the time so he can't honor the sale. I didn't switch any stickers, and the entire store has cameras, so if people "switched stickers" why not go back and watch the cameras? I took my business elsewhere. I was also the only person in the entire store.

I'm a frequent customer of urban outfitters, I have been there about a dozen times, and every-time i've never been greeted, and have been treated with respect. one of the workers threw my clothes because "she needed space" first i was at check out, second i had a handful of clothes and she called me over to check out. third it wasn't in her way. also i asked a worker if they had a shirt (it was on a mannequin, and he shrugged his shoulders) i said can i take it off the mannequin and he said "sure". i go to checkout and it was on sale! the lady said in a rude manner "you can't take stuff down without asking" i told her that a worker said i could and she said i can't do it. not coming back here.

I visited Urban Air Tallahassee today with my children and I would've given it 3 stars but interacting with Destiny added to our experience! Destiny is the jewel of Urban Air. I would come back in the future! While the food was very little too be desired our experience was still very pleasant thanks to Destiny.

it's actually a very cute store, like the other reviews say, it's huge but everything is so spaced out and far apart from other stuff. i went into the mens side of the store and one of the workers was watching me and the people i was with like we were gonna shoplift or something. we went towards the middle of the store and he kinda just followed us there too and tried to be very nonscholant about it but wee were catching on so we just left because we felt very unwelcome.

The staff was very nice and the store was very neat compared to other urban outfitters i've been to. the store was huge but it felt like they had less merchandise than other urban outfitters usually do. they had a nice seating area for my husband to sit while i shopped, which he loved. would definitely go back if ever in the area again.
