I have never been happier with my hair than I was today leaving Ulta’s salon! I got blonde highlights and a haircut, Darlynn was so attentive and knowledgeable to give me exactly what I wanted with my hair. I couldn’t be happier with the results, go see Darlynn, you won’t regret it!

Staff unfriendly. My boyfriend had to use restroom and associate stood outside of door and knocked until he came out. Asked to get a fragrance out of cabinet- was told “I’ll be there in a minute…” Dee the lead cashier had a demeanor least conducive to growth of sales I’ve ever experienced. I never want to have to shop at this location again…almost turned me against Ulta all together. Please send help if you want your sales to grow & customers have value in the experience.

I stopped in yesterday to have my hair curled for my engagement photos, and I had the pleasure of being styled by Lauralee. She did a fantastic job and she was super understanding when I asked her to spray my (very think) hair with tons of hairspray before braving a photoshoot in the Florida humidity. I greatly appreciate her and the great job that she did!

I had my first and last salon visit today. There is truly no reason to visit the store. The site has more products in stock and they have the GWPs. The store is dirty, the salon service was awful, the store management was very loudly in cowboy costumes, and the line is 11+ people deep as usual. Yuck.

A pretty abysmal shopping experience. The line is almost always backed up into the aisles. Product displays are rarely fully stocked and usually so unorganized and full of destroyed testers it’s impossible to find what you’re looking for. The perfumes are now locked away behind glass so no sampling is possible. I feel bad for the handful of employees who work here, who are always as friendly and helpful as they have time to be. I’ve had good experiences in the salon as well. Management clearly needs to get it together – every time I think it can’t get worse to shop here, it does.

Bad management with untrained, unhelpful employees.
This Ulta has horrible management. There’s always 9 to 15 people standing in line while they have one employee on register and 17 employees walking around doing nothing or packing pickup orders but shouldn’t you be checking out your customers. And the people on the register do NOT wanna check you out. It’s super unwelcoming. I was standing in line and none of the 3 employees standing there were acknowledging me to the point someone (I’m guessing a general manager) had to ask one of the of the girls to check me out while I’m standing in line with at least 10 other customers behind me. They also don’t have Junes birthday gifts- the month is half over. Pathetic management. I wouldn’t shop there if I didn’t get points from my credit card.

Love it. But, the time they have to do inventory around lunchtime. It took them 3hrs or more as the customers waited.

Professional and attentive staff. Talyssea in cosmetics for Chanel excellent in helping to chose correct shades. And Laura Lee in salon good listener and did great job with my hair.

I just went to Ulta in search of restarting my makeup routine. Ocean helped me sooo much. She was super transparent. Definitely recommend to go to her for color matches and anything to do with makeup!

I will never shop at this location again. It must be because it's in a college town but this Ulta is the worst. I went in on my birthday to pick up some things I had been wanting for a while and the store was completely packed (which is fine. I get it. It was spring break lol) The workers that help customers 'on the floor' are always very helpful but of course, they watch you like a hawk. I don't mind being watched while I shop (I would never even think of stealing) but how is it that they watch customers constantly and yet I still walked out with TWO products that had both been opened? This has happened to me MULTIPLE times at this location. All of their testers in the 'drug store' section are filthy. Even most of the brand new packages have been opened. I don't like to open any caps or boxes while in the store to check the seals because I don't want the employees to think that i'm trying to open them or steal them, but at the same time I shouldn't have to worry about my BRAND NEW (usually quite expensive) products being tampered with. Like I said, I will never shop at this location again and any shopping I do from now on will be online.
